Only problem is there is no sun on poolside of the house, and downstairs sofa has rips in it. There was no coffee or filters at all, or other amenities that have been provided at other vrbo's.

The property was great and spacious! We had a few issues which were difficult to handle because we couldn't get a response from the company. The first issue was the gate to the property needs a QR code to scan to get in which you are supposed to get from main gate guard but the system was down. He told us to buzz in but unfortunately not all the gate buzzers work. The other main issue we had was the lack of supplies in the kitchen. There is one of each type of utensil for cooking but not nearly enough cookware or appliances. The house was good but it could be great with a better stocked kitchen. The other big issue we had was the community pools, the water was warm and not enjoyable at all. Not the houses fault, but something to know about this community. Lastly, the fee for using the grill was a bit ridiculous considering that they only supply a spatula and no other amenities for it. We felt a bit "nickel & dimed" with the house, but it was comfortable for the most part.

Lovely home

Stayed a week here and the kids loved it. Enough room for two families comfortably and able to still have space. Right around the corner from target with all the essentials and only 30 mins from universal. Had a small issue with the wifi when we checked in but they were able to get us up and going very quickly. Thanks!

Amazing Experience

Beautiful trip, the stay was fantastic. It’s was my daughter’s birthday. We found the house clean, well maintained, very spacious rooms, smooth check in process. Absolutely I will recommend it to my family and friends. It was an amazing experience.

Spring Break 2024

The property was very clean and most adequately accommodating for a family with 6 teenagers. There's a heated 5 ft pool and a spa at the property enclosed in a cage and a gas BBQ grill. The garage has been converted into a game room with a pool table. There's also a Club House within the community with a pool, lazy river, water slide, mini golf, and liquor sales. The location was great with proximity to Target, Publix and restaurants. There was only a short drive to Universal Studios and the airport. We'll definitely stay at this property again.

Wonderful

This house had everything that we needed. It said that it slept 17 and they were right! We were there for a cheer competition and there was plenty of room for all the athletes to get ready and for everyone to have their own space. We are hoping to be able to rent this house again next year when we go back!

House great but neighborhood a little sketchy!

Area had lots of strange people hanging around in neighborhood, houses near by being over packed and loud, and WiFi was absolutely horrible. The house was great but neighborhood needs to be cleaned up and houses capacity needs to be checked.

Nice house bad communication

First the listing showed the property very near the clubhouse which is why we booked this location for my family. Only to find out the house is a 5 minute drive to the Storey Lake clubhouse after booking. The pictures are very accurate for this property which is new and very nice. The communication with the property management was awful the day of checking in. I had to call VRBO after messaging time and time again to get the directions for check in as this location isn’t managed by Storey Lake. After multiple calls the directions were given 10 minutes before check in. Lastly would say the hot tub is more of an extension of the pool with some jets...that was Luke warm at best (and yes we paid for heating of the pool and hot tub 48 hours prior to check in). Also this property doesn’t show but the houses are very close together and no privacy while swimming.
