Loved everything

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The lake view was absolutely beautiful and made for such a relaxing setting, especially in the mornings and evenings. The location is fantastic too—just a short walk to the clubhouse, which was really convenient. The management team were excellent throughout our stay, very responsive and helpful. We had a couple of last-minute requests, and everything was accommodated quickly and without any hassle. Overall, a great experience—we would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others!

Fantastic home with amazing lake views

We had a brilliant stay at this home. Travelling from the UK, we were so pleased to arrive to such a clean, spacious house. The home was enormous, with plenty of open space for the whole family to relax and enjoy. The pool area was a real highlight for us. Everyone loved spending time outside, and the lake views were absolutely beautiful. Waking up, having a relaxing coffee on the pool deck, and looking out over the lake was one of our favourite parts of the holiday. The clubhouse is literally next door, which was a great bonus, and the amenities were excellent and free to use. The gated security team were also very friendly, and we had no issues at all checking in. Pedro and Martha were a great help during our stay. We had a small issue with the ice maker, and they came over and showed us how to use it, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home to other families.

There was trash (not put in plastic bags) near the front door upon our arrival on a Monday evening. This amounted to 4 full plastic trash bags. Reported to management on Tuesday. This trash was dealt with on Wednesday.Management was nice & understanding in resolving this issue & offered compensation for this issue.Other than this, we were happy with our stay.

The villa was amazing; we had a brilliant time. The views from the pool deck was wonderful and the pool was a great place to cool off in after a long day at the parks. The villa was really well equipped, spacious, well positioned and in a lovely, gated community. It's the nicest villa we had ever stayed in, the only thing I would mention is the bed is very high especially for a small person like me, I had to take a run and jump to get in

Peaceful Lakeside Getaway — Perfect for Our Family

We loved our stay here! Mornings with coffee on the pool deck overlooking the lake were so peaceful—the best way to start the day. We were a multi-generation family and the house worked perfectly for us, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The clubhouse is less than a minute away, which made popping over super convenient, and being able to walk to Walmart for groceries and last-minute bits was a huge plus. The home was very clean and well looked after. We'd happily stay again!

Relaxing and Beautiful

It is a beautiful property and just as the photos present. It is clean, comfortable and has plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. We felt the house was centrally located, spacious, and in a secure neighborhood. We had a great time and I would recommend this house and the owner anytime.

Lovely spacious villa

A very lovely villa in a great location. Plenty of space for the nine of us. Close to Disney and Universal. Walmart within walking distance. Management were very helpful and quick to respond when required. A bar code is needed to enter the gated community, so ensure you have this sent to you before arrival. Would highly recommend this property.

The pictures don’t do the house justice. Way bigger than looks in the pictures. Great swimming area and pool , loved that chick fil an and Walmart were walking distance amongst other places as well . Definitely recommend!

The house was gorgeous and really clean. It was easy to communicate with property management team and we found them really helpful. Bellavida is a beautiful neighborhood. The clubhouse pool was very spacious and well maintained. The pool at the house is big and my kids had alot of fun swimming. Close to all the theme parks. And Walmart was right there for groceries. Family vacation

The property was good. They had plenty of towels, dishes and things we needed. The overall cleanliness of the house was mediocre. The cleaning crew definitely didn’t do a thorough job of the bathrooms and showers. The house was nice. I’d definitely rent from them again.

A few issues

The 6th bedroom door was locked so thought it was just 5bedrooms until 2nd day of trip but when I called to complain they came and opened door quickly but couldn’t fix lock so I couldn’t lock the door…also one of the bedrooms had a blood stain on the sheets but my family member didn’t realize until after they had already slept in the bed

We had an amazing stay at this stunning home near Disney! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The pool and spa overlooking the lake were absolutely perfect. The view was peaceful and the outdoor area was ideal for both quiet mornings and fun afternoons with the family. Being right next door to the clubhouse was a huge bonus—we had easy access to all the resort amenities just steps away. The home is located in a secure gated community, which gave us great peace of mind, and the location is fantastic—just a short drive to Disney and close to shops and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel private and relaxing. Inside, there was plenty of space for our group to spread out, with comfortable bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean, modern, and well maintained. This home truly had it all—location, space, amenities, and a beautiful lake view. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Orlando area! Thank you to Martha for being so attentive to our needs.

My one week stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental property, it was a great experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, everything about this rental was perfect. First and foremost, the location of this rental property is simply perfect. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, it offers both tranquility and convenience. Within a short distance, I found myself surrounded by a variety of local attractions, including shops, restaurants, and parks. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and stocked with all the necessary utensils, allowing me to prepare my own meals with ease. The bedrooms were spacious, offering cozy beds with soft linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. also, great customer service provided by the property management team. They were responsive. I recommend this rental property to anyone seeking vacation or temporary residence. I am grateful for the memories I made during my stay.

A Perfect Palace

Lakeside Landing was the perfect accommodation for our three families to enjoy our children’s first trip to the Orlando area. The neighbourhood is in a great location, no drive was more than 20 minutes to the attractions we visited. The house was a great place to come home to and relax after busy days. The house is much bigger than it seems in the photos. There is loads of room to socialize together or separately and the kids loved the game room. Every adult bedroom having an en-suite was an awesome plus point. The house was clean when we arrived and is very well appointed. There are plenty of dishes and glassware in the kitchen for large groups like ours. The management team are great to work with and took care of any questions or requests we had. I would not hesitate to book again when travelling with a large group. Thank you.

Very Good

We had a wonderful stay at the Lakeview 6 Bedroom Retreat! The home was spacious, clean, and well-suited for a large group. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the common areas made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy quality time together. It was peaceful and the property had a warm, welcoming feel. The villa had most of the amenities we needed, and the location was convenient for both relaxing at the house and exploring the surrounding area. It was plus to have a store right around the corner which was really good that we didn't had to drive so far to look for a Walmart. The hosts were friendly and responsive whenever we had questions, which made our stay smoother. The only reason for not giving 5 stars which would be an excellent rate is that there were a few minor details that could be improved to make the stay even better such as the hockey table in the game room really didn't work well, even though the plug was in but it still didn't let the little red round circle ⭕️ piece to move on the table like it actually should. The AC unit was told be kept at a temperature, so the lower it must go was at 74 degrees as they instructed with a note next to the AC switch. So the upstairs rooms was a bit warm. I contacted the host about it and they allowed us after that we could adjust it to 72 degrees and then it was a bit cooler. Overall, though, it was a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend the White Rose Villa for families or groups looking for a spacious and relaxing getaway.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay. The house was beautiful with some minor wear of being lived in. Our only main issue was that the extras that we paid for were not worth the money. The grill had a burner not working but one side. Also, the hot tub, we paid for, was not hot the first night and day. We felt it should be ready and hot, not hot within 24-48 hours. We also had to keep filling the hot tub up with water. Another minor issue we handled, the refrigerator was very warm upon arrival. Once we turned it down it was cold by the morning. The kids and adults loved the game room with air hockey and a pool table. The house made for a nice relaxing stay away from busy hotels after a few days at Universal. The property manager did respond promptly to check on our email about issues, but we were not there to talk.

Great property in a lovely setting

The property was clean, spacious, and well equipped, and true to the description and photos. We loved the heated pool and spa, and the large screened deck looking out over the lake, and enjoyed BBQs under the shaded lanai. The beds were comfortable, the air con worked well, and the ceiling fans were appreciated on the hottest days. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher etc. The management company responded quickly to a minor problem and sorted it the same day - very impressed. The location was excellent: it was great to be able to walk to Walmart, or stroll around the lake and along the footpaths, seeing birds and other wildlife. Disney was about 20 minutes drive, and plenty of restaurants and shops a short drive away. The negatives were very minor: the twin beds in the sports themed room were small for an adult and the drawers underneath had seen better days, and a couple of the rooms were short on drawer space. There was construction work nearby - they were clearly trying to be considerate but there was some noise during the day - nothing to spoil our stay. The property was ideal for us as a group of friends and family - en-suite bathrooms, and plenty of space to socialise or for people to do their own thing. We could walk to the store when others were out, no need for a car, and the club house was nearby with communal pool, gym etc. I'd recommend this property without hesitation.

Property fine once you get access.

Villa clean, well equipped, and in a great location, however major problems with management company. Between booking and arriving the management company changed from Ellis Exclusive Villas to White Rose Villas (although it is now listed on both websites, same company?). We were given a letter to print and present to security on arrival. After flying 9 hours from the UK and arriving early evening, security refused entry stating that a letter was not enough and we should have been given a QR code for them to scan to allow access to the site and villa. Several very long calls had to be made to international numbers. On attempting to call the villa management company emergency number it played some music then cut off. The enquiries number gave two options, one "At the Villa" played some music then cut off. Finally had to selec the "Make a Booking" option which was picked up. After 35 minutes and several failed attempts of the villa manager trying to text a QR to me which did not work, eventually we managed to get one sent through WhatsApp which did work, and we were granted access. However! In their infinite wisdom the Villas Manager granted us a QR access code valid for only one week of our two week stay (which we were not aware of). So the same situation occured again after the first week, with multiple calls to numbers which don't work, and a wait for a WhatsApp with a new code. Needless to say it was very lucky we had guests with phones which worked abroad, + WhatsApp.
