This spacious 4 bedroom townhome can comfortably accommodate a larger family or group of up to 9 people.
Home Features: 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Equipped Kitchen, Private Screened Pool With Lanai, Patio with Outdoor Furniture and Spacious Deck, Washer/Dryer Dishwasher, Central A.C., Towels and Bed Linens, FREE WiFi, Telephone with FREE Local Calls, Flat Screen Cable TV in Living Room, Flat Smart TVs in All-Bedrooms.

THE RESORT: The resorts amenities include 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, business center with Internet, volleyball, Tennis, children's playground and picnic area! Close to the Orlando International Airport, and is situated central to all of Orlando's famous attractions.

*GRILL rental: $95 including 1 propane refill and cleaning.
*THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY. We only provide welcome amenities FIRST USE ONLY (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), you may provide your own supplies for the rest of your stay.
– HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied.
We use a professional company for washing and sanitizing all linen. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. 1 bath and hand towel per guest, 1 bed sheet and comforter per bed. There is a laundry on-site. We don’t provide extra towels and don’t provide washcloths for sanitary reasons.
*As per Florida Law, we are not allowed to leave food items in the house for guests.
*ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- $90 - each clogged toilet.
- $500 - smoking (inside and outside).
- $100 - each moved furniture.
- $350 - frozen AC (caused when the thermostat is lower than 72°F).
- If necessary, additional cleaning/trash will be charged.
*We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since they are free for guests.
*Games in the game room may be under maintenance and are not refundable, since they are free for guests.

Oh Happy Stay? Not at all !!!

My experience started before even checking into the property. When narrowing down my families search for a vacation place we settled on this property due to the availability of a pool heater in March. After messaging the owners via the chat link for weeks, it had turned into a month before my questions were answered. I had to actually make an attempt to call the owner to get a reply. But even when you dial the number to call the owner you actually get someone texting you back saying they are unavailable and how can they help you. This issue aside. I mentioned that i needed pool heat option added to my stay and was told the property didnt have pool heat. I said is there any way to be compensated for the false ad that led me to choose the property. I was told no i couldnt be compensated. I was told there was no false ad and that now there was heat but it was not available. I said thats not what i was just told. Then the ad for the property was changed immediately after the correspondence. I decided since it was three days before check in i had no choice but to keep the booking.Upon arrival, things did NOT get any better. Seaworld stay for a weekend

It was an easy process for checking in. The neighborhood was very nice and clean plus it was gated. The house itself was nice with improvement needed. We weren’t able to use the pool due to bird’s feces. I message the host on first night to see if we could clean or how to clean there was not response. Second day I messaged the host again and they stated they are unable to have someone out to clean. It was disappointing since my family did look forward to swim. The blankets and bed sheets can used some more bleach. The remote does not work well. Overall it was a good experience

Holiday from hell

Very poor communication with owner. Says free wifi; what wifi (20% usage daily👎). Cut water off in middle of day without notice. No tv remote for first 3 days. Problems arose but never got resolved for days. Constant reminder of house rules and departure rules. Would never recommend the company Oh Happy Stay or this resort as the clubhouse is not even big enough for 1/3 of this community resort.

Adorable townhouse

Our stay was amazing! This townhouse is very spacious, clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed all of the amenities at the clubhouse especially the jacuzzi ! Overall I would rate this home a 9 out of 10. đŸ€© The only downfall is that the king size bed needs a more comfortable mattress for sure. It takes away from the luxury of this home. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to visit.❀

Beautiful Resort but too pricey for bare bones

First contact with property company was horrible. Sent 5 messages on just 1 day got no responses. Mattress in master extremely hard and nothing but 1 garbage bag 1 dishwasher pill and wash soap provided. They did have pots and utensils one set towels per room that is it. I’ve been at rentals that provided basic salt sugar small amount coffee garbage bags( not here) for the expensive price I expected more but definitely got less. Had to go purchase everything and throw it out cause we couldn’t leave anything for the next guess to use. Very disappointed for the price. Too costly for what we used it for.
