Guest will check in with Front desk or with security guard after hours.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Resort will require a deposit for incidentals or damages at check-in. You can use a credit or debit card, the deposit is U$500 per apartment. This is a preauthorization, not charged and released at check-out if not needed. Credit cards usually are refund in 2-3 days, while debit cards can take longer. Please contact your financial institution for more details.

This is a timeshare resort, you are MY GUEST, that means you HAVE NOT to attend any timeshare presentation .
Timeshare tour is not required but may be offered by the resort for incentives.

WHEN YOU BOOK THIS UNIT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

1 - Guests are required to show a photo ID and a credit or debit card upon check-in. Your name must match your ID, if different, please advise when booking. At least one guest in the party must be 21 y/o or order to check in, in case only one is 21, inform who is the person to make the reservation accordingly.
2 - A hold of $500 will be placed in your card for incidentals, it will be refund upon check out (Debit cards can take longer than credit to be refund).
