Our home is located in Windsor Hills Resort, which is the premier vacation rental resort in the heart of Floridaâs world-class vacation destination! Located in Kissimmee, Florida, Windsor Hills Resort is just minutes from Walt Disney WorldÂź , Disney Springs, ESPN Sports Complex, Universal Studios, Sea World, Gatorland, and more!
Welcome to our inviting & Spacious vacation home located @Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee, FL. Our 5 bedroom 5 bath has a built in Private pool and Spa with a lanai screened large private patio and fully stocked kitchen. Also 2 main level with 2 themed children bedrooms, game room with pool table, football table, & air hockey.

1. Sir Windsorâs AquaVenture Water Park boasts two large dueling slides, two smaller slides, and a giant splash pad.
2. Resort Pool: Take a dip in our zero-entry lagoon pool! This 140,000 gallon resort pool is heated year round, even in the cooler winter months. And if youâre in the mood to unwind, our large hot tub will hit the spot after a long day at the Parks!
3.Club House: it offers a state of the art fitness center, games room, movie theater, shower/changing facilities and ample outdoor lounge seating to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. The Marketplace & Grill is also conveniently located at the center of the Clubhouse.

**The BEDROOM SUITE BREAKDOWN**
1. FIRST FLOOR: King Bed Suite complete with en suite full bathroom
2. FIRST FLOOR: King Bed Suite complete with en suite full bathroom, and a baby crib
3. FIRST FLOOR: 2 Twin beds suite with individual full bathroom (Star Wars Theme)
4. SECOND FLOOR: King Bed Suite complete with en suite full bathroom, and a baby crib
5. SECOND FLOOR: 1 Full Bed & 1 Twin bed room with individual full bathroom (Minions Theme)
Outdoor Living Space:
- Private swimming pool and jacuzzi
- Pool heat/spa is optional at $35/day.
- BBQ grill there is a extra charge of $85 to use it. The fee covers the cost to use and clean the grill, it does not include a propane tank. You may trade in propane tank for a full one or use any left over.
Amenities at the property
- Linens and bathroom towels
- Towels provided are only for bathroom usage
- Trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towel
- You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount
In addition to all this, thereâs also a convenience store for any last-minute items and treats.
No use of any tobacco products anywhere on the property.
No SMOKING !! includes cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes.
No discarding cigarettes, chew, etc., in the house trash cans, or in the grass, or on the sidewalk, or anywhere on the property is not allowed.

âą One set of towels for each guest;
âą No shoes inside the accommodation;
âą Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am;
âą If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be deducted from your damage deposit;
âą There will be No Smoking/Cannabis/Drug and No Partying inside the property. The penalty for violation is USD $500
