Important to Know
Pool & Spa Heating
Pool and spa heating is not included in the rental unless your rate specifically states otherwise. If you’d like heating, please contact us for a quote.
You are welcome to use the pool without heating.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay on the property.
Pool heaters are preset to 86°F before your arrival. The actual water temperature will vary depending on weather conditions. Heaters operate 12 hours during the day.
No refund or compensation will be provided if the pool heater does not reach the desired temperature, unless:
• The guest paid separately for pool heat, and
• A verified technical issue occurred.
In such cases, any refund will not exceed the amount paid for pool heating.

Self-Catering Property
This home is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided to help you settle in. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.
