Pros - 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms downstairs, king ensuite
3 bedrooms, 2 bath upstairs, queen ensuite
Kitchen had a good amount of cookware and dishes
Beds comfortable...at least the king ensuite was
Starter supply of TP, paper towels, dish liquid, all the necessities were good, more than expected
Tablets inside the house didn't really use them
Neighborhood is quiet, and safe with gates security at the front

Plenty of towels and wash cloths
Near a lot of restaurants
CONS:
Home was not clean like I expected. The home is constantly booked, was not like that when we initially booked. Otherwise, we would have gone elsewhere. The bathroom in the master was insufficiently clean, I wiped things down with a lysol wipe.
The ceiling fan in master was broken, stayed in 1 speed very low
Showers are like match boxes, you can barely turn around to rinse. My 4 yr old grandson would have had enough space
Microwave handle broken, looks like its been that way for quite some time.
Dryer died after 3 small loads on last night
Live and dead bugs in the house, spiders were live, cock roaches dead.
Air hockey table turns on, but doesn't work. The puck doesn't slide like it should.
There are 2 AC controls, but you'd have to go upstairs to see that, no notes anywhere
Had to put another sheet on master king as the sheet on it looked dirty.
No activities for small children in the community
CHECK-IN
When entering the community, was told to go to the clubhouse to finish check in process. Then, I was told we need $20 cash to get electronix keys to come in and out of the community. I was never given a heads up until we got there. The clubhouse staff told me we couldn't check into the house until we paid the $20.
That wasn't true, the electronic key has nothing to do with getting into the house, completely separate. However, the key is helpful as the lines to enter get really long. You get the money back when you check out, as long as you don't lose or damage them.
I never received the rental agreement so I didn't have the access code. Called and got in touch with united vacation rental, was emailed the agmt and code to enter. The excuse was no email was given when I started the rental process.
Overall, we cleaned what we needed, sprayed with Lysol to disinfect. We will not stay again.
