5-bedroom pool home with spa and game room, Formosa Gardens, 4 mi to Disney

Two king suites, one with the whole upstairs to itself, plus a Star Wars bunk room and a Cinderella room for the children. This 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home sleeps 10 in 3,496 sq ft at gated Formosa Gardens in Kissimmee, about 4 miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom and 8 from Magic Kingdom. The nearest supermarket is 2 miles away.

THE POOL
Your own screened pool has a raised spa beside it, sun loungers on the deck, and a shaded lanai with a table and chairs. The pool is lit at night. For families with little ones, there is a safety fence between the house and the pool.

GAME ROOM
The game room has a 7-foot pool table, air hockey, foosball, a 50-inch TV and a games console, with a bistro table for whoever is keeping score.

ROOM FOR TEN
Four bedrooms are on the ground floor and one is upstairs.
Bedroom 1: king bed, with its own private bathroom, garden tub and separate shower
Bedroom 2: king bed with a sitting area and its own private bathroom. It has the upstairs to itself
Bedroom 3: bunk bed in a Star Wars theme
Bedroom 4: queen bed in a Cinderella theme

There are flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms.

KITCHEN AND LIVING
The family room has leather sofas and a flat-screen TV. A separate living room and a dining room sit at the front of the house. The kitchen has an island, a breakfast bar and a breakfast table for four, with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. A washer and dryer and Wi-Fi are included.

GETTING IN
You let yourselves in with a private door code, sent with your Arrival Instructions. Formosa Gardens is gated: we register the main guest, and the gate code for your whole stay comes with your arrival details.

FORMOSA GARDENS
Formosa Gardens Estates is a gated community of detached homes on large lots.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Pool and spa heating is optional: $35 a night, with a 4-night minimum. Ask before you arrive.
- The spa is a raised part of the pool, not a separate hot tub.
- The home has no grill, but you can rent a gas grill for your stay: $80 a week for a two-burner ($15 each extra day) or $115 a week for a four-burner ($20 each extra day), plus tax.
- You arrive to a starter supply of coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, trash bags and bathroom tissue. For a longer stay you will want to top these up.
- Smoking is allowed outside only.
