Margaritaville Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My rental experience was very good. I wished they had supplied more household items, toilet paper etc. Everything was very clean except on of the showers.

My 2908 Salted Rim cottage rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very clean and well equipped. The property management team were nice and helpful. My only disappointment was that there was no grill as pictured and that the living room/kitchen area is kind of small but overall a very nice place.

Some positives and some negatives

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cottage was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and fridge was huge. Very soundproof buildings which was nice with neighbors partying all night.No housekeeping services was a surprise. When staying that long housekeeping would be nice. 2 towels per bathroom was not sufficient at all for 3 people. Towels for pool were very small and thin. I felt.lile all I did was laundry.Pool was nice but very warm at times. A little chlorine in it would be nice. Did not seem like pool was cleaned between guest stays. Telling people about the child alarm would be nice and letting people know if they hit the keypad on the door it will lock. We got locked out and had to go to our neighbors.Overall nice cottage.

Locked out once, almost twice

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything with the cottage was great, except for one day when we were in the pool. We went to go back inside and the back door was locked. There was no way to get back in since the back door had a keypad (which we never received the code for). We were trying to figure out how this could've happened, but the only way was locking it from the inside, which we knew nobody was inside. Stuck in our bathing suits with no cottage key, car key, phone...nothing, we had to walk ALL the way to the hotel lobby. Once there, the person at the desk was very rude and could care less what happened. We hitched a ride back to the house on a shuttle. The next day, we were going out to the pool again, and my wife walked out the back door. I was coming around the corner and heard 3 beeps, then the sound of the keypad deadbolt spinning to lock. Nobody else was in the house and nothing was touched. We're still not sure how it was locking on its own, but we were EXTREMELY mad we were locked out and so far from the front desk with no way to call them since our phones were in the cottage. The rest of the stay was good.

Great vacation get-away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and well maintained and had a great location, lots of places to eat and shop nearby. I would recommend this location, we had an issue with one of our beds and some towels that was immediately taken care of. All the staff are warm and welcoming and very helpful. I would change two very small things, the toliet paper holder is very far to reach, especially for smaller guests and having an extra towel holder for bath towels as well as hand towels would be great. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Overall a wonderful place to stay, will be back again.

Great area and resort... cottage service not the best!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general it was good, but cottage was stocked with supplies for 3 days (toilet paper, soap, etc) and no pool towels. It rained a couple of days during our stay and we formally requested (via email) vstays to clean the pool from debris and to review water level, they promise to do, but didn’t happened. You can’t simply provide bad service in one of the most competitive hospitality markets in the planet and charge premium money for it,
