The Sensational Sanctuary-TT207

With beautiful details, and a stylish, spacious layout, this estate offers a magnificent living area where guests can gather in comfort on plush couches in front of a fireplace to watch TV, nap or socialize. A gorgeous bar takes that socializing to a new level, where guests can unwind with a cocktail after a busy day on the links or at the parks.

The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry, granite counters for meal prep, and a convenient seven-person breakfast bar for casual bites and beverages. A formal dining table seats 14 when you're inclined to whip up something special.

Quality family time gets an extra special boost in the home theater with its large projection screen, surround sound, and 13 reclining cinema seats. After your favorite film, stir some friendly competition in the game room with its pool and card tables, and the great gathering space with an enormous leather sectional, ottomans, and multiple flat-screen TVs.

The young ones in the group will have a ball in the themed playroom with a giant slide and shelves filled with cool fun toys. A “secret” adjoining room is filled with fun video arcade games.

For those who want to make sure they don't put on any extra vacation weight, the home is equipped with an amazing gym featuring state-of-the-art fitness equipment and TV screens.

Bedtime offers true luxury with premium mattresses, luxe bedding, and beautiful furnishings that all help lull up to 24 guests to sleep. Spacious en suite baths are decked out with dual sculptured sinks, and large soaking tubs and showers. A lovely balcony off one of the bedrooms has a great seating area for a morning stretch or some alone time with coffee.

Kids will be thrilled with two twin rooms featuring a quartet of bunk beds, one for fans of a certain Ice Princess, and one inspired by the Lost Boys from Neverland.

Outside, the patio is just as well thought-out. A stunning pool and spa with in-pool loungers and decorative features awaits, as does a ping pong table. There's also a gathering area set up around the glow of a fire pit. For outdoor dining, you'll love a large summer kitchen and grill for the requisite vacation barbecue.

When you're ready to explore the entirety of the exclusive 2,300-acre Reunion Resort, or to make that short trip to Disney--there's a shuttle service to drive you to and from the theme parks or anywhere on the resort property.

The golfers in your group can hit the links at Reunion's three epic PGA Championship courses, including the Nicklaus course. Between games, visit one of the 10 premier swimming pools, including the Seven Eagles pavilion, featuring relaxing jacuzzis and a crisp infinity pool, overlooking stunning views of the courses.

Treat the kids to a trip to the five-acre water park with a huge lazy river and twisting waterslides. Plus, grab a workout buddy and make time for the fully-equipped fitness center, six state-of-the-art “Hydro-Grid” tennis, bocce ball and volleyball courts, or opt for Yoga and Tai Chi classes, or a soothing treatment at the Reunion Spa.

When you want to dine out, you've got a choice of six top restaurants, from an upscale tavern and a sushi bar, to Reunion's signature steak house.

Excellent, relaxing stay for large family

Our family had a fantastic stay at The Sensational Sanctuary. We had ten children ages 2-18 and everyone greatly enjoyed the trip. Plenty of indoor hangout space, from the large gathering areas to the theater room. And the pool was the biggest hit. We spent much of our time enjoying the sun and utilizing the very large pool. Great location, great home. Top Tier was excellent at communication and immediately responded to two simple requests/reach outs. Highly recommend!
