Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay)

Additionally, there is a private game room equipped with 3 arcades and a TV. Each bedroom is adorned with a unique theme and Smart TV. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones.

For your convenience, there is one bedroom located on the first floor and a full bathroom next to it. The first floor also includes a living room with 2 futons for additional guests. The other bedrooms and the game room are located on the second floor.

• We offer pool heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

• We offer a gas grill, with gas already connected to it. There will be a $50 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. Guests that request this service understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

• Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
