Welcome to this luxury and beautifully decorated villa with plenty of space for up to 14 guests. Upon arriving at this property, you are welcomed to a spacious living room that integrates into the dining room and kitchen for the perfect entertainment and to spend family quality time.
The kitchen has been fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for cooking and dining on vacation, including state-of-the-art appliances. There is also a private pool in the outdoor area for guests to enjoy, which can be heated upon request.
The property has five bedrooms spread across two floors. Enjoy the comfort and style you want for your trip at this beautiful 5-bedroom townhome, featuring two themed bedrooms with Minnie Mouse and Spiderman!
On the first floor, you will find the Spiderman bedroom with a bunk bed with two full beds and a twin bed (trundle), and a bedroom with two queen-size beds that share the same bathroom. On the second floor, you are welcomed to two king suites and a Minnie Mouse-themed bedroom with a bunk bed (two full and twin -trundle- beds) with its bathroom. Other amenities in this property include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, parking, a laundry space with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as a welcome package of basic bathroom/kitchen supplies.
Take a refreshing dip in the private pool or explore the resort's clubhouse for all its recreational activities. Visit the nearby Disney Theme Parks, nearby stores, and restaurants for added excitement during your stay, which are located just minutes away!
At our vacation home you will find:
- Your own PRIVATE POOL to relax after a sunny day at the theme parks. Pool heating is available upon request and has to be confirmed a few days before arrival to have it ready for you at your check-in, via the link we shared with you via messaging. The pool heating cost is $30 + tax per day for your entire stay. Pool heating is turned on early on the day of your arrival, so depending on the weather conditions (cold season), the water temperature may not reach a comfortable temperature until the day after your arrival. We set the pool temperature to 87F (as setting it higher renders the chemicals in it ineffective), but depending on weather conditions, the actual water temperature will hover between 85 and 95F during warm months, while during colder ones, water temperature will be 20 to 25F higher than the ambient temperature.

The grill can be delivered on the day of your arrival and will be picked up after your departure; it is delivered completely sanitized and with an entire can of propane (charcoal is not allowed, per resort regulations). The cost for up to one week is $80+tax for the 3 burners, and $95+tax for the 4 burners, while each extra day after costs $11.42+Tax and $13.57, respectively.
If you have a baby or a toddler, there is also a pack-n-play and high chair available (due to allergy concerns, linens for the pack-n-play are not provided).

We are at the new phase of Storey Lake, really close to all the main attractions.
Themed Parks: we are at only 8 miles from Hollywood Studios, and about 11 miles from Epcot, Magic Kingdom and Animal Kindgom, and only 13 miles from Universal Studios.
The Orlando International Airport (MCO), is 19 miles away, usually a 30 minutes drive, depending on traffic.

Shopping: Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets at 3.7 miles (15657 S Apopka Vineland Rd, Orlando, FL 32821, USA), Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet at 7 miles (8200 Vineland Ave, Orlando, FL 32821), Florida Mall at 20 miles (8001 S Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando), Mall at Millenia at 16 miles.
Local Stores: Walmart at 3 miles (3250 Vineland Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34746), Publix at 3.6 miles (3221 Vineland Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34746).
Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out is 10 am sharp.

At your arrival, you will find everything ready for you: clean linens and towels for up to 14 guests, shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper rolls in each bathroom and cleaning supplies (laundry and dishwasher pods) enough for your first days. If you run out of toilet paper rolls or garbage bags, you can get them at the supermarket stores across the street.
If you want additional clean towels or linens, you can either use the washer and dryer at the unit, or request an additional cleaning (including replenishing of toiletries and cleaning supplies).
Important information about the pool:
Your private pool is serviced weekly, usually on Wednesday or Thursday, and the pool technician accesses the back patio through the outer screened door of the lanai (please don't lock it).
When you check-in, the pool will be in working order, including the water level, optional pool heater turned on, etc. Should the water level drop due to normal use and/or evaporation during your stay, please refill it up to the middle part of the skimmer using the provided hose. If you request the pool to be serviced and we find the malfunction is due to low water level, clogged system due to using oils, bubbles, or any other foreign substance, etc., we will charge you a minimum of $75 for the trip plus the work needed to put the pool back in working order.
