The house was as pictured. Very clean. Well decorated. The only problem was the shower was very small. Unfortunately my husband was not able to fit. That was the only problem we had with it. The bed was comfortable. Perfect size for the 2 of us.

House is conveniently located and has most of what you need so it does the job, the shower is a 2 by 5 and leaks but theres a dryer so we just made 1 towel for the floor yard and house could be cleaner but it worked well for our stay.

Checking in late at night can be difficult just because hard to see the house at night. House is as posted. If your staying longer than 1-2 nights may think about bringing extra blankets, will need to stock with some essentials. Notating the shower is SMALL! Location very close to a lot of the attractions and to a small grocery store. Host quickly responded.

The room was clean and well kept when we arrived and everything felt comfortable right away. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process easy. Having laundry available was super convenient during the stay, especially for longer trips. The place was also pet-friendly which made it feel a lot more welcoming and stress free. Overall it was a smooth stay and I’d definitely recommend it to other travelers looking for something simple, clean, and comfortable.

First off I want to start by saying the property was in a terrible location. The owner literally lives in the back of the house that’s creepy. The shower water was completely cold so I messaged the owner about that and the oven not working. He only replied back about the shower in which you’re not suppose to turn the knob all the way on. Then the day before check out he charged me 60 for an extra guest like we were in there throwing a party or something. If I could rate this property a 0 I most certainly would. I’m sorry renting a property and the owner lives in a camper in the back is an absolute NO for me. To the owner DO BETTER!

Cute and clean

Perfect little cottage for our two night stay. Close to all the attractions and shopping, very clean, and my husband loved the upgrades. Fully fenced with lock drive in gate and had TV's in every room. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend and we really enjoyed this residence. When we walked in, it felt comfortable and welcoming. The outside was furnishes with lemon trees, pigeon peas, banana tree, papaya trees, and passion fruit. It was great my daughter had room to run outside in the yard along with our dog. I highly recommend this property to check-out. It's a home away from home. Property owner was very helpful with any questions. Very prompt on responses. Jah Bless

The sewage system has a major problem it is leaking into the lawn. Limited hot water and weak water pressure everywhere. When we arrived the cleaning lady hadn’t had time to finish and there wash still trash and surfaces that hadn’t been wiped down after the last tenant. Location is close to universal but no other nice food places or anything within a 10 min drive. The property was obviously not taken care of properly and needs repairs inside and out to be worth the price.

Looks Can Be Deceiving

The outside will definitely scare you with the whole junkyard vibe, but inside awaits a beautifully put together little cottage! It was comfortable and perfect for our small group! Located close to everything we wanted to do! The host was awesome too! Provided immediate responses to all my inquiries! We sat out on the porch early mornings and late nights, without any incidents! I would highly recommend!

If I can give NO star I will. Host takes forever to respond. The place looks inviting when posted however, when you get there neighborhood feels sketchy and so surrounding. As looking inside seems find until we were having dinner as we wanted to shower before resting and the nightmare comes! The shower drain clogged up and when we try to plunge it the water comes out of the sink. As we hope the host does some sort of solution unfortunately NONE. We went to relax and celebrate my birthday and then we got experience all of that! Therefore no hesitation we decided to leave the place.

The host was very polite and overall we had a decent stay. The bed I slept in was EXTREMELY hard. The shower leaks. It has been leaking for quite a while as you can see some water damage along the baseboard. We were also surprised by the number of vehicles parked in the yard. This is the first place I’ve stayed in where I can say that I won’t return.

Messaged host on arrival day and he was quick to respond. He gave me his number in case there were any issues. The hot water in the shower does work. You have to turn it on just enough for water to come on and it will get hot. The shower door is not sealed at bottom and water will leak out on the floor. There are no remotes for TVs in bedrooms due to a previous renter taking them. It was a perfect place to lay your head after long day at parks.

My stay was awful. He tried to scam me out of 65 for an early check in fee, which he told me it was 25, when we had a conversation. Then charged me 40 on Vrbo. Next to the floors was extremely slippery and sticky from cleaning products. Also, the shower was filling up like a tub and the floor was completely covered in water. Last host was very rude and communication was horrible.

Other rental canceled

Our other property was canceled due to problem at the property, so this was a very last minute change. This property was clean and had some nice upgrades. There were also some peculiar aspects like very low quality bedding, very limited towel supply, and some closet and cabinet doors that need attention. The neighborhood made me uncomfortable after sunset, and we had to drive to other locations to walk.

Good

The check in process was easy, and the property was easy to find, even at night. The neighborhood seems quiet, we had no issues with noise. The property is pretty close to all the main attractions and restaurants. When we arrived, things were clean and as shown in the pictures. The only thing I feel was left out of the listing was how small the shower is. It is very tight, and if you are even slightly larger than the average person, you may need to shower sideways. Other than that, the house was as expected.

The ad say it sleeps 3 people. There was 2 towels and half a roll of toilet paper. I had to message him through the app and text numerous times to get info on how to checkin.Sheets/blankets were dirty. All of the dishes in the diswasher were dirty.We ended up adding an extra 2 people at the last minute and before I could even say anything to him about it he already knew because apparently he had been watching through the cameras.He was ok with this but charged 200 extra dollars...seems like alot considering the average is 20-40 more per person usually. He lives in the back yard in a camper...we felt like we were being watched through the windows. He parked in the driveway so we had to pull behind him...he woke us up at 6am banging on the doors to move our vehicle. The ad doesnt say anything about he parks there so dont park behind him...we were there fornthe festival and got in late so we had to park behind him. The tvs didnt work. The bathrooms floods. Its by far the worst place Ive stayed through VRBO. All this but still has the audacity to leave a tip jar. Smh
