SUNNY LIVING SPACES
Start your morning in our carefully curated kitchen. Fuel up for your day's adventure by whipping up a special batch of Mickey or Baby Yoda pancakes for your hungry crew. Enjoy hot coffee or tea your way - Keurig, Drip coffee, or stove-top tea kettle. Need something stronger after a day at the parks? Prepare your own signature concoctions in our funky ceramic tiki mugs. Swizzle sticks, straws, and this funny little umbrellas are on us!

Stretch out in the lounge-style living room, catch your favorites streaming service or cable shows on the new 50-inch 4K HD SmartTV, or gather the family for a night of fun with our assortment of games and activities. Heat up a fluffy batch of popcorn in our new Marvel-themed popcorn maker.

Great adventures are messy. Your retreat comes to the rescue with a first-floor Griot-themed laundry room equipped with updated 2022 full-size washer and dryers, ironing board, and extra cleaning supplies.

THEMED BEDROOMS
Fun abounds as you escape to your bedrooms on the second floor of the retreat. Follow Grogu (AKA - Baby Yoda) upstairs as he guides you to one of three uniquely-themed, tiki-inspired spaces.

Bedroom 1 - The first room takes you to the relaxing Forest Moon of Endor inhabited by friendly Ewoks. This room easily sleeps three in a twin over full bunkbed. You will find a pack n' play in the closet for the youngest adventurer in your party.

Bedroom 2 - Escape to the islands with Ariel and Moana. Two comfortable twin beds greet you along with themed toys and books.

Bedroom 3 - Relax in the Ohana bedroom with everyone's favorite alien - Stitch. Stretch out in your comfortable king-size bed after a long day at the parks. Unwind in comfort with USB ports, extra linens, and plenty of closet space. Your modern ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and hair dryer.

All three bedrooms come fully equipped with a Smart Roku TV (with streaming capabilities) for your enjoyment. Cable TV is also available in the living room and primary (Ohana) bedroom.

WEST-FACING PLUNGE POOL AND TIKI RETREAT
Walk out onto your private, fully-screened lanai after a busy day of adventure seeking. Let the day simply melt away in the heated plunge pool while you gaze on the lush nature conservation area that backs your retreat.

Sip a refreshing beverage and relax in our comfy outdoor loungers wile the kids (or kids at heart) play a rousing game of water basketball or challenge each other to a game of outdoor "Connect Four."

Whatever you choose to do, you will be able to fully enjoy without the distraction of rear neighbors. It's just you and nature!

RESORT AMENITIES
Tucked away just outside Walt Disney World and Universal Studios parks, sits Encantada Resort. Our gated community has 24-hour security staff and free parking. Stretch your legs and take a stroll amid lush tropical landscaping around the private resort lake. Or gather the family and enjoy time in one of two of the resort pools, including a zero entry pool. Relax your cares away in the hot tub or enjoy a refreshing drink on the patio at the pool lounge. They also make great snacks or a quick lunch! We are a fan of the ice cream bars.

Encantada offers a full workout facility and a toddler playground to allow the little ones to run off any excess energy. Best of all, Sunburst Tiki sits only steps away from all resort amenities so if you need to run back to grab another drink, pick up extra Disney-themed pool towels (provided), or discover that a cherished toy was left behind, you can be back to your relaxation in moments.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire townhome retreat (including private plunge pool) during your stay and all resort amenities. Approximately 48 hours prior to check-in you will receive a gate code for Encantada Resort and a code for the front door to Sunburst Tiki.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Encantada is a 24-hour secure gated community so you can feel comfortable enjoying the amenities and sleep well at night. Your plunge pool includes a lockable child safety gate and door alarm. Feel at ease the moment you enter - we pride ourselves in maintaining the highest quality cleaning standards.

Plush bath towels, Disney-themed pool towels, and clean linens are provided. A welcome packet of supplies (i.e. paper towels, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, sponge, etc) are supplied at your arrival. The two full bathrooms both have a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, and toilet paper. Most guests will need to purchase additional supplies (to suit their style) for the remainder of stays longer than 3-4 days. A Walmart, Target, two grocery stores (Publix and Aldi), and a Pharmacy (Walgreens) are all located within a few minutes of the home.
