Venture out a bit to discover a number of additional attractions including the Celebration Golf Club, the Orange County National Golf Club, Disney Springs, and the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, all less than 20 miles from your door.

Sunlit, spacious, and very stylish, this modern home boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with a complete suite of stainless steel appliances, plenty of prep space, and a breakfast bar. Gather together for mealtimes or family game nights in the adjacent dining area and then settle into the plush sectional in the living area to watch TV into the evening. An additional living area offers a sectional and another TV for younger guests wanting their own space or those preferring a little peace and quiet for afternoon reading.

Step outside into your screened lanai and indulge in a refreshing swim in your very own private pool.

This townhouse also features central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip.

Total Disaster

We arrived after 9 PM, turned on the lights, and roaches scattered across the kitchen. Walked into the living room and dark and light brown stains covered most of the cushions. Walked into the master bedroom and the closet door was broken; just leaning inside against the shelf. Went upstairs and more stains on this couch. The closet door was also broken; just leaning inside. We turned on the lights in the small bedroom and more roaches. We contacted the host management company and was told it was late. We left for health and safety. We contacted the host every day for 5 days and only response was "I'm sorry for keeping you waiting. After checking, we are still waiting for updates from the local team.". VRBO refunded their fee of 87 but the host will not respond.

Modern Orlando Retreat

This property was quite spacious and well-suited to hosting families/groups with enough zones for everyone to not feel crowded, along with four full baths and four bedrooms. It was clean and decorated in a lovely way with modern furnishings and high ceilings. It was well-equipped with kitchen and laundry and entertainment systems and had a nice loft area hangout space as well as a small enclosed pool. One of the King suites was main level, and the other bedrooms were upstairs. The foot traffic noise upstairs in the house can be a bit noticeable downstairs. It was in close and convenient proximity to a shopping plaza with groceries, pharmacy, food options, etc. The major theme parks and entertainment centers in the local area are a fairly close drive but also traffic dependent. Parking was not a problem, but the spaces are along the side of the building and not in front of it (no immediate unloading zone at the door). There did seem to be some construction vehicles parked there in the evening as well but there was no noticeable construction noise. The house’s interior staircase could be considered a bit steep for some individuals with mobility challenges and there is a step down from the sidewalk on the exterior to get into the property. The check-in/check out process was convenient. Overall, the house was well-suited to our travel purpose.
