At 1,650 sq/ft of space, there is plenty of room for you and your family to spread out in the large living room with 2 full-size couches. Enjoy a family meal in the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. This charming townhome in Kissimmee offers 4 bedrooms: a king bed master with en suite bathroom, a first floor queen bedroom, and 2 double twin bedrooms.

Enjoy 3 bathrooms for your large family to freshen up after a day of exploring. The property also features amenities like a washing machine, clothes dryer, whole house A/C, fast free WiFi, and cable TV.

Outside, relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine in the south-facing, screened lanai with private pool (heat optional for an additional fee of $25/day or $150/week). This location is very secluded with no immediate rear neighbors. Because this is an end-unit, take advantage of the ample green space to the front, side, and rear of the property. We also have an outdoor propane grill for your use. If the propane tank is empty and you would like to use the grill, it is our guests responsibility to do a tank exchange at a nearby propane exchange.

Great property with all the facilities, exactly as described. The pool is a great size and the complex itself is very quiet. In a great location with shops and restaurants within a very short drive. The owner, Shaun was so helpful and catered to our every need, couldn’t have asked for more and we hope to stay again. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here at this spacious home away from home.

Lovely Home

Cosy and comfortable home, had everything we needed for our 16 day stay. Lovely location on a quiet corner and the pool was amazing. The clubhouse and Encantada resort were beautiful, really nice to go for a walk around. In a good location with plenty of restaurants and shops within a ten minute drive. Host was fantastic with brilliant communication and instructions for the house. Would definitely stay again.

Half the price of a hotel, twice the experience.

Stayed for 5-days in mid-February while visiting the Mouse and Harry Potter. Very nice set-up. The two bedrooms with twin beds was perfect for the teens. Pool was not initially heated and took two days to get warm. (February is still chilly overnight) Would recommend and stay here again. (maybe in March or April though)
