Parking Instructions

• The driveway is available to accommodate up to 5 vehicles comfortably with proper rearranging.

• Additional Guests Parking can be found in the overflow areas, around the lake and to the left side of the clubhouse, these are first-come-first-serve.

• The clubhouse parking (in front of the clubhouse) is available throughout the day, but keep in mind overnight parking at the clubhouse is not allowed.

• If a vehicle is parked on the street, blocking the sidewalk, or on the grass it will be at high risk of being towed. All expenses incurred by improper parking will be the responsibility of the guest.

Resort Operating Hours:

• Clubhouse, pool, and fitness center hours are set by Sonoma Resort and may vary seasonally. Please observe posted hours and resort rules during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Sonoma Resort in Orlando, Florida is located next to The Loop, a shopping and entertainment hub. It’s only minutes away from Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, championship golf courses, upscale brand outlets, and malls.



Getting Around:

Renting a car is recommended as it’s the most convenient option for getting around Orlando. Alternative options include public transportation, taxis, and uber service.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Strict parking rules are enforced by the resort. Guests are responsible for any towing or fines incurred due to parking violations so please follow the instructions provided

• Some themed bedrooms do not have TVs: Lion King, Inside Out, Avatar, Harry Potter, Emerald Suite and Midnight Suite.



Additional Services:

• Pool heating: $45/night

• Hot tub heating: $45/night

• Both heating services: $79/night (2-night minimum, 24-hours notice required)



Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of $139 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $45/night per service or $79 night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)

• Mid-stay cleaning available for stays over 3 nights (additional fee)



HOUSE RULES:

Sonoma Resort Policies – Please see below the resort's check-in and check-out policy:

Check-In: Guests must arrive at their scheduled check-in time once the home is ready. Early arrivals are not allowed, and guests cannot enter the property or use amenities before check-in.

Check-Out: Guests must vacate the property on the scheduled check-out day.



1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please don’t smoke inside nor outside the unit or you will be charged a $150 fine or your full security deposit

3. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

4. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and any pets.

5. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

6. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
