Byggt i juni 2011 4 bädd 4 bad självhushåll villa inom en kort avstånd från alla stora attraktioner i Orlando. Sover 8. Fullt utrustat spelrum med pool & Air Hockey & Air Con. 30 "x 15" pool med spa med utsikt över hela sjön. Öppen planlösning vardagsrum / matsal med soffa och 50 "plasma-TV, tillgång till Internet. Fullt utrustat lyxigt kök med bubbelpool apparater och ö bardisk med avföring. Alla rum har LCD-TV. Spjälsäng och barnstol tillhandahålls. På plats klubbhus med pool, gym, Wi Fi, barn lekplats, basket och volleyboll domstolar. Idealiskt beläget för Disney, Universal, golf etc. Detta är en fantastisk semesterbostad med utsikt från poolen och smycka som du kommer ihåg.

Bella Vida Resort: Bella Vida är italienska för "Beautiful Life" och det är vad Park Square Homes har uppnåtts. Från den tid du anger grindarna och se fontänen och klubbhuset du vet att du är i ett lyxigt Resort. Vid ankomsten till Villa kommer du att förtrollas av utsikten över hela 20 hektar stora sjön från pooldäcket. De fat tegeltak och färgglada exteriörer av fastigheterna tillsammans med suverän landskapsarkitektur kommer att göra det en minnesvärd semester. För din sinnesro är villan väldigt orolig för ett kontrakt på plats med ADT Security för omedelbar utringning plus att du har en 24/7 säkerhetsvakt vid grindarna

Plats: Huvud för US192W och lokalisera medeltida Times Dinner Show, vänd dig för att gå bakom slottet som byggnad (Oren Brown Rd), du kommer att gå förbi ingången till Walmart Super Center och Bella Vida kommer att ligga direkt på din vänstra hand sida.

Nice villa, very organized

I like the staying there , I stayed almost 10 days , my family liked the villa Advantages : Secure place Private swimming pool Towels and childs stuff available Disadvantages Only it’s far from parks almost 25 min Check in 1600 check out 1000 ( at least it should be 12) If you donot care about this distance and super early check out , it’s the right choice

Highly recommend lovely villa we spend 10day here in October 2017 and payed for pool heating and the pool was at a lovely temp evening at 11pm, villa in a grate location and gated with a secuarty guard so feel very safe. Inside the villa is lovely and keeper to a very high standard Thank you for renting us your amazing villa

Very Clean and Well Kept Home

Enjoyed an excellent week in this home. Had difficulty with the safe and alarm codes, but the management were very easy to work with and these issues were resolved easily. We loved the pool and the house suited our needs extremely well. We hope to be back soon!

Great home and location!

This was my second visit to this property, it's a great home and location! Owners are very responsive and accommadating, even fixed an outdoor screen during our stay. My only complaint is that the cleaning crew did not dust the tables/dressers.

I really enjoyed my stay at this vacation home. It was very clean and the experience with the whole process from arrival to departure was handled very professional. I didn't have to deal with meeting any. I simply was email all the instructions I needed meaning keys,codes, and etc. This made things very convenient for me and my family. When we are back in town we will definitely choose to stay at this place again.

Great Orlando Vacation Home

Home was beautiful and clean. Six adults and one infant stayed 7 nights. It was just close enough to Disney. Pool was a nice bonus. Six adults took showers in the morning and there was always plenty of hot water. Separate air conditioner for main floor and 2nd floor wirked out well. The home was easy to check in and out and Jeannine was great to deal with.

Lovely Home

We had a great week at this lovely home. It is nicely decorated and spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was much appreciated. The pool was a definite plus as the weather was very hot! It is near the major attractions and close to many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Worth the trip!

The reservation process was smooth using VRBO and the home was lovely. Was provided clear and accurate instructions for the property. It was far enough away from attractions to avoid traffic and close enough to get there in a short drive. The home itself was lovely, very clean and well decorated. We did have an issue using the wifi which the maintenance crew was able to fix. The pool is amazing. The temperature was perfect and we did not purchase the heat so we didn't use the hot tub. I think the price of pool heating should be included in the rental cost and not extra because I wasn't aware it cost until after I booked. The community is gated and well kept. Nice to have Walmart and Chickfila so close. Would definitely return.

Great home, great resort, great location!

We had the pleasure of staying in your property from March 14 - 28th. The home was the perfect layout for our family. The biggest bonus was that every bedroom in the house had its own en suite! The whole home is beautifully decorated as well. Then when you walk outside onto the lanai, you are greeted by a beautiful pool overlooking the lake. It is the perfect place to have your morning coffee and relax before a busy day at the theme parks. The property management group was wonderful and was very quick to answer any questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any family who is looking for a home away from home.

Home away from home!

Our family enjoyed staying at this home as it felt like home the minute we walked in. The kids loved spending time in the pool and watching the little geckos around the pool and gardens. The park nearby was a great hit too! Everyone in the family loved their own rooms with private bathrooms. We made most breakfasts and dinners there and it worked out great. We would definitely recommend staying in this home and would stay there again! Thank you for the hospitality!
