Enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was there that we expected for cooking and eating at home. There were a few small issues including the floor being popped up and uneven in many spots. There was a small ant problem as well. My husband also mentioned he had a hard time with the toilet being smaller than normal. The resort never did pick up our trash despite us following the instructions, but that isn’t the fault of the owner. Overall, though, the resort amenities were fantastic, location great, and the problems we did have were fairly minor.

This is a fabulous vacation rental! Everything was clean and in good working order. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Trash is picked up daily right at your front door. I highly recommend this host and property.

The security guards did their job. They helped us check in gave us specific instructions nothing was missing or hard about checkin. The stay was nothing short of perfect for my family and I. No disturbances other then hearing someone sliding there chair back and forth at night but they probably were playing a family game at the table or something, it was just that night. But no big deal. Perfect for us. Friendly and safe environment. Nice pool and water slides game room etc.

This home was beautiful and had a well equipped kitchen. We had a very comfortable stay. We did have a bit of incident with the neighbor below complaining about noise from the kids footsteps (not much I can do about that). But overall we had a great stay.

Family Vacation

I really enjoyed this property! It was everything we needed for our annual family vacation to Universal! This was our first time staying in Kissimmee but the drive to the parks weren’t bad. My kids had an amazing time at the outdoor pool and water park area. With smaller kids, it was a nice touch that the pool had a zero foot entry which was great for my 3 year old to get warmed up! The unit itself looks like the pictures! We had a few problems but nothing worth mentioning because the host was very responsive.

Overall was good - clean and really nice amenities. However in the unit there are some issues.. flooring needs repair /broken several areas, one tv only had access to YouTube, sponges and rags left were dingy, towels that were out were stained/old looking (nice white ones in closet), living room rug had the security tag on it from the store (my husband hurt his foot on it), the pans are all scratched up, and the owner was not readily accessible by text or phone.

Nice home with comfy beds

The home was spacious and clean with great amenities, such as the pool and arcade. We felt safe and had a nice place to rest our heads after a long day.This home needs a little TLC. There were quite a few things that need to be repaired, the flooring I would say is the biggest Repair that needs to be done, several of us caught our feet on the lifting flooring causing one of us to cut our foot. The entry to the home is 1 key, a key-less entry would be better for guests for many reasons. The TV in the queen bed room still does not work. I had read other reviews with these complaints and said maybe they are fixed now, but no they are not. I messaged the owner about these items that need attention and he said they will be fixed. The AC is controlled by the owner and you cannot set it below 72 and it says if you do and the unit breaks he will bill you for the repair. We would leave with AC at 72 and come back it would be set to 75, after a long day in the hot FL sun I don't want to enter a 75' home.The owner did not really respond to some questions in a timely manner when I first booked, but when it was time for my reservation check in he communicated in a timely manner. Over all we enjoyed our stay!

Needs some updates

The check in process into the resort was very easy through security. Entry into the unit was a functional but outdated, it was a key box with only one key. A keypad door lock would be nice as only the key box is mounted high and not all guests can reach it. The LVP flooring was coming up in multiple areas around the unit.Only one extra trash bag was supplied and no dishwasher or washer detergent. The floors had hair from previous guests and didn’t seem to be very clean. The communication was odd as we were thanked and asked how our stay was 1 month before arriving then the day of our are when we asked to get in early we never heard anything back. Overall we were not impressed with this unit and would not stay here again. The resort itself was amazing, great pool area,arcade, and playground!

Was a great condo for our family with two toddlers, definitely worth the price. The pool and clubhouse was great. The traffic to and from Disney/Universal was horrible on the way back to the condo, but thankfully everyone was exhausted from a day of parks!

Perfect Place to Stay for a Disney Vacation

We love Windsor Hills and have stayed here before. This condo fit our needs well. Frankly, we weren't there that often, as most days were spent at nearby Disney Resort Theme Parks! But when we were "home," we enjoyed our time. The space was very clean when we arrived, and fully stocked for families with little children (which we do not, but I was impressed!). The condo had a closet full of strollers, pack 'n' plays, a high chair and other essential baby / toddler-needs for travelling families. I will note the bedroom furniture is showing some wear and we communicated this with the owner. It is to be expected, as I'm sure this unit turns over weekly. We did have a snag upon check-in at the Windsor Hills' security gate, but it was addressed with urgency, which was appreciated. The on-premise pool and other amenities are amazing and this condo met both our budget and expectations. Thank you!

Overall a nice, clean place to stay. All the tv remotes didn’t work . Had to buy batteries for them. The vinyl floor in the living room has a couple of planks that are trip hazards , so is the security tag that was left on the rug. Condo has a musty or smoky smell when you first walk in.

Exactly what we were looking for.

The place is just as advertised. Bathrooms, kitchen, living room and bedrooms very clean. It was exactly what we needed when we finished our busy day running around town. A place to relax and wind down before going to bed. Highly recommend
