* Charges may apply for extra cleaning or repairs if property rules

Use of Amenities

* Pool heat is optional, requires a 48-hour notice, and will not
exceed 95F; it operates with heat exchange and may not work in cold
weather, with no refunds if temperature is not reached.
* Pool heater has a safety shut-off in cold conditions to prevent
overheating.
* BBQ rental is available for the entire stay.
* Be aware that the communal pool will be closed in September for
resurfacing.
* Online purchases through USPS will not be delivered; only UPS, DHL,
and FedEx will accommodate deliveries to vacation homes. Delivery
issues are not the responsibility of the property.
