Continuing your outdoor exploration away from the home, Jetz Trampoline Park is within a 5-minute walk or you can take a short car ride over to Miner Mike’s, a family fun center featuring an interactive maze, rides, games, and snack bar. Lake of the Ozarks State Park is 4 miles away, feeding the nature lover in you with an endless shoreline, hiking trails, and hidden coves. Golf enthusiasts will want to check out the surrounding courses of Bear Creek, The Oaks at Margaritaville Lake Resort, and Osage National featuring challenging greens and fairways surrounded by stunning natural beauty. With options for shopping and dining also right within walking distance of the home, there’s truly something everyone can enjoy doing here!

This home comfortably sleeps 13 guests between 4 private bedrooms, and 2 sofa sleepers.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.
Bedroom #4 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed.
The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles.
• The boat slip is avalibule for guest use for the duration of your stay. Please note that the boat slip is use at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to a boat while tied up on the dock.
• To access the dock guest will have to walk down several flights of stairs.
• The dock is located near the main channel and the water can get rough on weekends and holidays during the peak summer season.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. A daily Pet Fee of $25 will be included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• If bringing a pet there are no outdoor accommodations for pets.
