Exactly what we were looking for
Great home to stay with our family. Communication with the owners was outstanding (prompt replies and very friendly) when asking questions about the property, during the booking and check-in process, and during our stay. The property is very clean and well-maintained. There was plenty of room for 5 kids and 6 adults. Our elderly parents, who have a hard time with stairs, were able to access the kitchen, family room, master bedroom/bathroom, and large deck areas overlooking the lake with only one small step into the house from the driveway - exactly what we were looking for. The boat dock and dock area was very large and could accommodate our boat and jet ski. We will definitely stay here again for our annual Lake of the Ozarks family vacation.

Bachelorette Getaway
We had a great time here! The place was clean, kitchen was stocked, and a great place to hangout for a group of 8! We loved sitting on all the decks and the dock was a great place to hang and swim. Would definitely come back again!

Great Place

My recommendation
House was perfect size for me and my group. Didn’t have to travel far to do any of the activities we wanted to do. Property manger was in constant contact of I had questions. Will definitely pick this place when we come back

Great spot overall
17mm is a fantastic location by water and Osage Beach side by land. We had a 38’ long boat and the slip was a nice accommodation and nice dock with tables and chairs to hang out. I would recommend this home and would stay there again! Property managers are very responsive to anything you may need.

Perfect bachelor party house
Stayed at this house for my bachelor party and it had everything we needed. Fit all my guys and all had a great time and enjoyed the deck, grill, and dock space the most. Amazing clean property and owners were great and easy to communicate with and always quick to respond and provide anything needed. Definitely would stay again! Thank you for the great time!

Girls Lake Trip Reunion

Lovely home with great location
Third time we rented Steve’s home for our family vacation. The kids love swimming and fishing by the boat slip. Only minutes from groceries or anything else you might need.

Perfect Getaway at Lake of the Ozarks!
Property was clean and in great shape! Owners were easy to communicate with and super accommodating. It was in a great location and the dock made everything so easy. We also actually saw a bald eagle when we were staying! I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect house and location for annual lake guys' lake trip
Great house with plenty of room for our group and close to everything we wanted to do. The private covered dock was perfect for relaxing during the heat of the day. The owner was accommodating and responsive to requests. Definitely would stay here again!

Location can’t be beat.
From start to finish the process was simple and fast. House was ready on time and welcoming. Only issue was that the trash had to accumulate because there wasn’t a pickup while we were there. The existing trash cans were already full when we arrived so we had to stack new trash on top of old trash. Also an animal got into the trash one night and we had to clean it up which was unfortunate. Could have been avoided if we had a place to put our garage.

We have contacted the trash company last week and learned they missed the Wednesday normal pickup that week. So we have ordered a 4th trash can to avoid future issues. Our long reliable trash service has recently sold out to a large corporation and we believe they may be having some growing pains. We appreciate you letting us know. Girls get away
Great weekend at the lake with the girls! The location is awesome by land and water! Great space for a house on the lake! Plenty of indoor room to roam. The cove catches quite a bit of movement from the main channel.. but great dock & swimming area. Everything was great!

Bachelorette Weekend Getaway
We escaped to this paradise for a bachelorette weekend getaway; there were 11 women in the group. The house has enough room that we did not feel like we were crowded. The deck is AMAZING. The gorgeous house is nestled in a quiet cove which was nice for relaxing by the dock and being able to float. We encountered a few minor issues with the house, however they were addressed immediately by Steve. The house was stocked with all the essential cookware and such. The stairs leading down to the dock is quite the hike, however that is to be expected with a lakefront home, but the quietness of the cove and view was more than enough to make up for the hike! Definitely would stay here again! Don't hesitate to book, you won't be disappointed!

Great Spot on the Water!
This location has plenty of room for everyone, outside and inside. Very well kept place with an amazing dock. We spent most of our time hanging out by the water on the dock. Would recommend this stay 5/5 stars!

Highly Recommend
We had two families of 5 staying at this property and we all had a fantastic time! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. The dock is amazing and not only has a place for a huge boat, but also two waverunners (with lifts!) The outdoor seating at the dock, on the martini deck and on the house deck gave us plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors both in the sun and in the shade. The location is prime! Not only is every amenity within a short driving distance, there are also many restaurants, rental places and bars within a short boating distance as well. A big selling point for us was the location on the water - not only do the house and dock give a fantastic view and access to the main channel, but the house is also just far enough into the cove that we could also enjoy the paddleboards we brought with us. Above all else, the owners were fantastic to work with if anything was needed - if we had a question, it was answered within the hour. (Wow!) The inside of the house had plenty of room to spread out, too. We had 6 teenagers with no complaints. That's a huge win! Thanks so much for the wonderful vacation - we highly recommend this property!

Awesome stay
The home, dock and location were all perfect. We were so pleased with everything and hope to rent this home again soon. The property managers were very helpful. The table was perfect for game nights. The home also allowed us all space. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect by both land and water!

Great place for the weekend

Lake front home rental
Very nice piece of property. You really couldn't tell it was a "rental" - it seemed like staying at someone's home. Good communication with owners. Location and access to shopping is as good as it gets. (We've been doing this for 20 years). We highly recommend this property.

Nice home in great location
The house was clean and situated at a perfect location on the lake. Minutes to shopping by car and minutes to restaurants by water. We had our boat there and kept it at the dock. The dock was very nice for hanging out after a long day on the water. Owners responded right away when we dealt with an internet issue and it was resolved as soon as possible. Would definitely consider staying here for a future visit.

Great location, property & experience
My husband and I took our son, his wife , their 4 kids and our daughter and her boyfriend on our first full family vacation. We had decided on the Lake of the Ozarks. I searched the internet and found this property. We needed 4 bedrooms along with 3 bathrooms and this property had it. The decks and dock areas were also nice areas and we were able to see several different places fireworks displays! This was a great experience and we’re thinking about making this an annual event! One last thing, this group was just great to deal with.
