It was nice to be back in a farmhouse and you can see they took care to show the history and labor of love the home was. There were little things here and there that reminded me of my grandparents farmhouse and it was nice to reminisce.”

“Beautiful little house in Waverly, right down the street from Waverly's businesses and dining options. Convenient parking in the driveway and a fenced in yard. Stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so be sure to hold the railing!”

“We loved our stay at the Barn-dominium. We arrived late and Tim had a fire going in the fireplace for us upon arival. The place was the perfect size and the details that Tim put into it were amazing. By far the best Vrbo we have stayed at in Dubuque and we will continue to return to this place. The adjustable bed was very nice and we enjoyed all the unique lighting throughout the place. We wish we could have had the time to stay longer.”
