“The hotel needs some upgrade to the bathrooms and painting in the rooms”

“Definitely great service the food and the breakfast was amazing. The pool was nice and comfortable. Move service came, especially on time and if I had a problem, I could talk to the front desk manager who was a polite and delightful person to meet and understand and talk to snack snacks and microwave was good. Tea was good. Everything about my experience was amazing.”

“It was ok, not good, not bad.”

“We usually stay here the night before a flight and always a good experience!”

“Once again, we love this property but would appreciate an earlier check in time.”

“Most of my 4 night stay was great. The best parts: Covered, safe parking, hot water immediately when I turned on the bathroom sink (opn the 6th floor), quiet halls, hot breakfast with many options, friendly desk clerks (thanks Sam!). If I want to be nitpickey I would mention that my plastic wrapped soap was impossible to open and both times I needed glasses or scissors to get the soap out! Crazy. When you are showering that is not a good thing....anyway, certainly not the end of the world but...

“The picture of the room on the website was not the room we stayed in. It was much different and a disappointment as we could not even use the pool, because it was filthy, including a layer of bugs on the top. If you like horror movies, you would have loved this as when we stepped off the elevator we had to use our phone flashlight to make our way to our room. The 2nd night (Halloween) it was like the shining, as they lit the hallway with tiny fake votive lights and stick them on the wall....

“Observera att rummen sitter ihop med dörrar som är oisolerade. Om man som vi hamnar bredvid ett bråkande par blir det väldigt obehagligt.”

“The very best thing about this hotel is the very warm and friendly staff—they really look after you. I needed to take an early morning meeting. The manager saw that I was talking in the breakfast area and offered to let me use the meeting space for more peace and quiet. This was our second visit to this hotel—a great option of you need to spend the night near MSY. Clean hotel near the airport with very reasonable rates. Suites are sizable, with a somewhat odd layout, but a huge amount of space...

“Room was clean. Staff were very nice and friendly.”

“Good hotel near New Orleans airport. Free airport shuttle to and from airport and hotel. But Hotels.com must update the phone nr to this hotel. They answer when you call +15046029710. Nice, clean rooms, comfortable bed, fridge, air-condition, free parking. On the breakfast menu there are 5- 6 different dishes for around 12 dollars each.”

“Need a place to stay wehen visiting New Orleans. That's all”

“Bra boende utanför NO. Hållbarheten är usel i hela USA med alla plastmuggar och plastbestick. ”

“Ok”
