“Me and my 16 yrs old son stayed 4 days in March 2024. Appt. is small but works perfectly for 2. It is very clean and conveniently located on Magazine street. Great breakfast place is literally next door and a lot of nice restaurants in walking distance. We used tram to get to the downtown/french quarter and lyft to get in other paces. The neighborhood, like all of New Orleans, is a mix of sketchy and really nice, but we felt totally safe walking around at night.
