“Such a great experience. The staff was helpful, kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We went specifically to experience snowflake lane and it is steps from the front of the hotel doors so it’s the perfect spot to enjoy this. My only comment would be about how incredibly packed and loud the pool got. It is a very family oriented hotel so expect to see lots of kids.
