“PSU farmers market is right across the street and many parks nearby. I loved it there. The owners are kind and responsive. I’d live to return! ”

“Unfortunately, this was blatant false advertising. The bedroom was so close to the busy road that it was impossible to sleep. The owner should have disclosed the issue. They are clearly aware of the issue because they had a noise machine by the bed. The most unfortunate part is that they agreed to let me leave the morning after first night and have chosen to not reimburse me for the other 4 nights. ”

“Overall, I had a good experience with the property. The location was convenient, especially for access to public transportation, which made getting around the city easy. One thing to be aware of is that there is a noticeable amount of homelessness throughout the city, particularly in some areas surrounding the property. The check-in process was the main hiccup I experienced during my stay, but it has since been updated, so hopefully that will make the arrival process much smoother for future...

“Clean and well appointed. Centrally located. Communication was outstanding!”

“Location is prime which makes up for some of the shortcomings. The kitchen and living room was nicely redone. However, this place needs additional attention to make it as it was advertised. For instance, the bathroom could use a basic update since the tub/shower was awkward (gross) to use and didn’t drain properly. The sink also felt like it was barely attached to the wall. The carpet on the entrance steps could use a deep cleaning and a dresser in the master bedroom would be nice. ...

“The location was excellent for our stay. Walking distance to 23rd, shops restaurants etc. The property is partially underground and was damp and cool. Access to the bed was difficult as it was wedged into a corner with limited access on each side. There were cleanliness issues in the damp bathroom leading to the growth of Seratia on the shower curtain. With regards the kitchen, the knives were so dull as to represent a danger in their use. The in room guide said there was live TV. Despite...

“The property we booked through Vrbo was not only misrepresented in terms of location, but we also encountered significant issues related to cleanliness, communication, and noise disturbance. The misleading address and delayed entry alone caused major disruption to our trip, resulting in the loss of valuable time and missing an important meeting. Moreover, the property's uncleanliness and poor sound insulation, coupled with the unresolved noise complaint, made it difficult to feel comfortable...

“The houses were exactly as described. Fit our needs well. The stairs to the needs were steeper than I expected, but I think that's on me, not them. ”

“Great stat in a great location.”
