This house is spacious and well equiped
This house by far exceeds expectations. With great sun rise sunset views and it’s alike two houses under one roof. CLEAN and roomy. We planned for a half marathon as a family of 9 but could of had room for many more. Plenty of floor space and kitchen was stocked. Again very clean. Just can’t recommend enough for small family or large group.

Fantastic place in great location
This was an awesome house to stay in. We had 5 couples and each was able to have their own bedroom. It was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. There was plenty of space to park our boat each night. This house is central to restaurants, both lake Powell marinas and horseshoe bend. It has a huge dining table that we sat around each night and played games. We would definitely stay here again. One day we kayaked down the Colorado river and started at glen canyon and got out at Lees Ferry. Would highly recommend. We booked through kayakhorseshoebend.com and they were great!

Great for large families
House and parking were perfect! We could park the boats on the side of the house and they even had an open garage. Kitchen has plenty of space for seating- although we never cooked, it looked well equipped. We would stay again for sure.

Powell family reunion
Nice property with great views. Large back yard. Plenty of space for the 16 of us. Easy access to Walmart and road going to Lake Powell bypassing the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location!
There was a group of friends, 10 of us, that were in town for the Antelope Canyon race. We tried to find a house big enough for all of us to gather, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms and close to the race site. Oh, and it had to have a view and a firepit. So, we had a lot of requests. This house had eveverything! We were 1.8 miles from the race site, stores and restaurants were only a few miles away and all of the aid stations that my husband could see me at were less than 5 miles from the house. We travel quite a bit for races and I am always the one tasked with finding accommodations. I always worry if everyone is going to like the house I pick out. Everyone raved about it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

This house is HUGE. It had almost everything we could have asked for. Positives: LOTS of space. Disney+ was nice. We watched a family movie together :-) Negatives: knives were too blunt and not usable for cooking. Spent at least an hour sharpening. For such a fancy looking house, it was surprising that quite a bit of the crockery (plates, bowls...) was chipped. Mattresses were too soft for us but some people might like that. Throws for the living room would have made it cosier. Really good option for the area. Very peaceful with nice views.

Beautiful and spacious property
Our party of 8 had a very comfortable stay at the house. The view from the deck is spectacular. The house is huge and nicely decorated. If can easily accommodate 12 or more people without feeling crowded. The only negative I have is that some of the non sticking cookwares are so scratched up that they should be replaced. .

Our group of 8 adults and 8 kids recently stayed at this property and had a great time. The property is centrally located for day trips to Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon. The game room is amazing. Property is very clean and all 4 families got there own rooms. Only suggestion is to provide more pots and pans.

Great place for large families
There were 10 of us but it could have easily accommodate 12-16 people with 5 bedrooms and available cots and couches in living room and game room. The balcony had a nice view and was good to sit and relax when it wasn’t too hot. Close to antelope canyon tours, horseshoe canyon and lake Powell.

Excellent location and nice property. We have stayed at this property several times without any communication or problems that were not addressed IMMEDIATELY! I would recommend this property to anyone with a larger group with kids.

Great Home in Page
The house was great. We mostly just slept in the house and cooked dinner there. It seemed stocked adequately for our large family. I would say that I’d stay here again, but I think next time we’ll be on a houseboat.

The accommodations were just what we were looking for. There was plenty of room to be together and play games. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook meals. Great place to stay for big families and celebrations
Dawnell and Tony were very responsive to any questions I have asked. I had a wedding celebration at their beautiful house and it was equipped with everything. We grilled and used their firepit in their backyard. They had all the appliances that we needed. I liked the fact that there was a game room downstairs with a ping pong table, a chess game board, and cornhole to play in the backyard. I also liked the fact that they had a separate area where the dogs did their business and had a doggy door, the only thing with that is that the gate had a little door which does not latch, and both my puppies went through it. So they had free range of the garage. The only negative part of the house was that the walls were very thin. There were three bedrooms downstairs, and two upstairs. The master bedroom was upstairs where my daughter and new husband stayed, and we stayed downstairs in one of the rooms. When we were sleeping, we could hear the water running from the master bedroom. We could also hear people laughing from upstairs. If anyone had small infants or dogs that barked whenever they hear noise, this place would probably not be good as the noise level is not very good. Luckily our dogs were good and went to sleep in their crates. Also, there was a man that showed up that startled my daughter and we did not know who he was. So I messaged Dawnell and advised him that a strange guy came in. She did say it is their maintenance guy that is scheduled to come in every week. It would have been nice if Dawnell/Tony would have let us know so we would not be surprised. Overall...I liked the location and the amenities. Thank you Dawnell and Tony for being such a great host.

Pleasant Stay Overall
The house was spacious and close the Horse shoe sight seeing. We really enjoyed the stay. Couple of issues we had during the stay was that the barbeque grill was out of gas when we came in. I wish the owners check them before handing over it. Also, the Oven wasn't heating up. So we couldn't grill anything that day. The owner did fix it later I assume but we didn't have to time to check it. Otherwise our family had a fun filled weekend.

Thanksgiving gathering for a week during Covid
My husband and I, along with our kids and our grandkids, picked Page, AZ, because it triangulated with our three out-of-state hometowns. We picked this lovely home because of the photos and descriptions and it did not disappoint! We needed 3 bedrooms for the 6 adults and one bedroom for our littles to share. We took the master suite, the kids and grandchildren took the family suite of 3 bedrooms downstairs. We used the other main floor bedroom as the office, while there. All beds are very comfortable. The kitchen worked well! We cooked all of our meals, including our Thanksgiving turkey with all the trimmings and two pies, in that kitchen. We did grill on the bbq several times as well. There is also a full size fridge and fell size freezer, both of which were put to good us. We gathered our whole clan on the high table for puzzles and games, we had every meal at the dining table. We used the downstairs for pingpong, the kids toys snd cars and for the kids watching movies while we cooked upstairs. The laundry room was used often and greatly appreciated! We did see Horseshoe Bend at Sunrise, and went on a couple of hikes on the Rim Trail. And drove to local viewpoints to see the dam and the lake. Some cool stuff is not open because the Navaho Nation is shut down for covid, but we stayed busy and happy. The setting of this home is remarkable! Even on our last morning, we got up to make coffee and watch the sunrise, and light up the Vermilion hills outside of our windows. Breathtaking. The back yard is completely fenced, perfect for our three littles. With us and the their parents, we explored the rolling desert that is right outside our back gate. We and the kids spent a couple of hours out there each day, hiking and exploring. Then we had them strip their clothes on the back terrace, before the came in for their baths! Nice. It is also a was a short drive to Safeway for groceries, a terrific store, and Walmart for odds and ends, also a good store. The location worked perfectly! I want to emphasize how responsive the owners were to my questions before and issues soon after we arrived. (We needed a light bulb changed, and the ceilings are very tall.) This home is very clean, light and airy. Tony and Dawnell, are great hosts, and were timely at every juncture.

Tony was so accommodating and the house was just what we needed to prepare all food, cake and a place for wedding party to ready prior to heading to Wahweap location for ceremony, dinner and dancing. Post wedding we all embarked on a couple houseboats for a week. Highly recommend home for family gatherings.
