“Nice layout but the second upstairs bathroom is a giant bathtub with shower curtains. I would consider redoing this layout and removing the giant bathtub and just installing a nice modern shower. The area is beatiful not far from a lake. We got to watch people doing ice fishing. Overall great experience. .”

“What a beautiful home in the woods. They have everything you need. I was surprised they even have a pressure cooker. The house was clean. The communication with the manager and owner was on top. We had a problem with the water heater that was resolved immediately and we had hot water in no time. We really enjoyed our time in the property. Definitely recommend this place if you’re going to Pagosa Springs. I’ll definitely will look for this property again. Love the place. ”

“We had a great time staying on Lake Pagosa. It was close to a lot of great trails and things to do with my family. It was nice to come back to the house after a long day of hiking and just sit on the porch and enjoy the evening. We rented the kayaks they offered at the property and we had a great time on the lake. ”

“We had a wonderful time in the Red Ryder cabin. The wood stove really warmed the place up. The giant open room is perfect for hanging out together. As promised, my youngest loved making the loft her space. My husband ran around the forest in back and we all lived having just a 20 minute drive to Wolf Creek.”

“This cabin was amazing! My wife and I grew up in Pagosa and we're looking for a place semi last minute for the 4th of July. We had trouble finding a spot and ended up here by chance, and we were very happy we did! The pictures of this place do it little justice, the property is beautiful, peaceful, and charming. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Pagosa!”
