“The location was breathtaking and very conveniently located to downtown. The hosts were lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Just know if you book during the summer months that this cabin does not have a/c. We happened to be there during an unusually hot weekend and it was tough to get comfortable the first night. The host did bring us a cooler fan and that did help quite a bit.Overall we loved our stay and would book here again. ”

“Sarah is super responsive! The place was furnished and equipped to perfection, it had everything anyone could possibly need. Very view from the property was spectacular!! The hiking trail was absolutely amazing and a perfect way to kick off every morning with the dogs. I’m not sure who liked it more, me or the dogs! “What a beautiful home in the woods. They have everything you need. I was surprised they even have a pressure cooker. The house was clean. The communication with the manager and owner was on top. We had a problem with the water heater that was resolved immediately and we had hot water in no time. We really enjoyed our time in the property. Definitely recommend this place if you’re going to Pagosa Springs. I’ll definitely will look for this property again. Love the place. ”

“Lovely location within walking distance to Hatcher Lake and close to many hiking trails. Property is nice and we were pleased overall. There is too much carpet throughout, including in bathrooms, and tub on main level has rust spots on base so we didn't feel comfortable using it. Definitely needs to be replaced. Kitchen was well stocked, including oil sprays, some spices, cooking utensils, etc.”

“Charming spot. New, clean and well equipped. We arrived weary from working hard and long. The stress drained away rocking on the deck with cup of coffee in hand and reading our books.
