The entire Great Room has full height windows around the rock fireplace that give some of the best views of Pagosa Peak. Off the kitchen is one of the 2 master suites with private fireplace, large bathroom, walk in closet and a separate entrance. Down the hall from the entry is the laundry, powder room and access to the 2 car garage available to our guests.

Upstairs are 2 wonderfully decorated queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom and a cute sitting area in between the rooms. Downstairs from the kitchen is the 2nd master suite with an extra large bathroom, walk in closet and this room also has a twin day bed in case a little one needs to be close. Off of this bedroom is a large walk out game and TV room, perfect for the family to hang out and play games or watch your favorite game(Pool table seen in pictures is not included). The brand new hot tub is located just outside and protected from the weather. This hot tub is private, but has amazing views as well.

This property has plenty of space for kids to play outside and can also use the new playground area across the street.
