* Primary Bedroom: A lavish sanctuary with a king-size bed, a TV, and a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub.

* Second Bedroom: A comfortable queen-size bed, a dedicated workspace for remote work, and an attached half-bath for added privacy.



This villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire condo, including the private patio and hot tub. You are also welcome to enjoy all the shared community facilities.

Other Things to Note:

* Long-Term Stays: For stays of one month or longer, a mandatory utility fee of $600 per month is required to cover electricity costs.

* Family-Friendly Amenities: We are happy to provide one highchair and one Pack ‘n Play upon request at no extra charge. Plastic-ware and board games are also available for our younger guests.

* Self Check-in: The property is equipped with a smart lock for easy, keyless entry.

* Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available via the app or by phone should you have any questions or need assistance. Our goal is to ensure you have a comfortable and memorable stay.
