“This is for apartment 48B - I sent my flight information to the management team well in advance letting them know my arrival time. They didn't leave the key with the Yoo staff and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to bring it to me (9pm). I booked a 9 day stay, bought groceries, and discovered the oven wasn't working. Management told me to use a long handled light to ignite the gas stove!!! I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing that. They sent someone over to look at it and he...

“WORST EXPERIENCE! HOST COMPANY did not send checkin details in a timely fashion as they said they would. My wife had to wait in our UBER for 20 minutes with a sick Uber driver while I called the HOST EHO DID NOT ANDWER SEVERAL CALLS and speak to security who could not help me. Finally I had to speak to Expedia support. We ended up having to book a real hotel which is what we thought we were getting. This is NOT A HOTEL! They should not list vacation rentals as hotels. CHECKIN WAS A...

“Nos encantó el lugar muy cómodo y lindo, seguro para caminar y cerca de estaciones de metro”

“Staff was great. Room has spectacular views. Air conditioning was great, super quiet in the bedroom. Rooftop pool and patio was delightful. Loved our stay!”

Once we got there, we could not figure out which room was ours or where the room was as nobody was there and the doors had no signage. After contacting the host, they were able to point us to the right door for our rooms. The place is pretty rundown but we decided to give it a shot. The power went out about 2 hours later but...

“The location was great as it was central not far from Albrook Mall and about 25 minutes from Tocumen. I loved the fact that it had a washer and dryer. However, the apartment could do with some TLC as the towels weren't clean, one of the dining chairs had a piece of metal protruding and the shower could be with a caddy to hold shower gel or soap.”

“We stayed for one night as a family of five. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong smell of fresh paint, which the gentleman at reception did mention. However, with no windows or proper ventilation, the fumes were overwhelming and negatively affected our stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. I hope the hotel ensures newly painted rooms are properly ventilated before assigning them to guests.”

“It was a great experience, the hotel was in a good location, everything you need is close and”
