This unit is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the AC works great, the unit had top-notch furnishings, including large tvs, and the master shower was wonderful! Of course, the balcony was our favorite spot. The views were breathtaking, and the tall patio chairs were perfect! Communication was great; the unit owner was very clear and communicative. We also enjoyed the Sugar Beach Condo complex. The grounds were beautiful, lots of green areas for our dog to explore, and the pond was full of turtles and a resident Great Blue Heron. The area was great as well with several restaurants across the street. The Big Easy was a favorite. We will definitely be return tenants!

Our host, Andrew was extremely kind and responsive! This condo is absolutely a 10! Beautiful view of the beach and the ocean, furnished and decorated so lovely; great appliances, and everything you need to have a great stay. I must mention the shower - best I’ve ever used! Would have loved to stay longer!

The condo was spotless, very well decorated and stocked. The view from the balcony was spectacular! The only thing we didn't like was that there were cameras present on the back balcony and the entrance. I don't like being surveilled while on vacation, especially where I'm going to be spending most of my time - on the balcony. Cameras are also listening devices and it would have been nice to have known ahead of time. Also, while the listing says there's no hidden fees, there was a hefty 150 fee for the week for my 7lb chihuahua. Plus a parking fee. More transparency would have made this a better trip, but the place itself, location, and everything else is excellent.

Our entire vacation was great in PCB, the condo was beach front with great view, WELL stocked with everything and clean. Close to great restaurants. The grounds were manicured and well kept. Pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and pond…Perfect for our family!

This condo was super clean, very well maintained, and the location/view were AMAZING!! The owner was a wealth of information and very quick to respond. We did not have any problems and would LOVE to stay again. One of the cleanest units we have ever stayed in and they made it feel homey while also feeling like a hotel with toiletries provided! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!! 10 stars for sure.

We enjoyed an amazing week at this beautiful property. We will definitely be returning. The unit was just as described and the gulf view was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and enjoy coffee every morning while watching the dolphins every morning. Such a convenient location, family friendly, clean, right on the beach. Andrew was an awesome host and ready to assist us if we had any questions. I’m a “condo snob” and have stayed at many resorts in PCB. This will be our new go to as we travel with our dog now. Highly recommend for travelers with pets! Lots of green space for kids and pets. Loved the ponds with beautiful koi fish also. Chill vibe and family friendly.

Wonderful!

We had such a great stay at Sugar Beach! The beach wagon was so easy to bring all of our stuff down to the beach! The water is so hot in the shower and the water pressure is amazing! The property manager sent all the information to me 2 days before the trip and the condo was cleaned and ready by 11am the day of check in (that may not be the case every time but was for us). We really enjoyed our stay! These condos are well made and you can't hear any outside noise, which was really nice with young kids. Definitely recommend!

Great spot right on the beach. Quick access to the beach, pool and ping pong tables. The room is open and the air conditioning and fans keep it feeling amazing. We cooked breakfast several days utilizing the provided kitchen pans/utensils. We did not need a thing because this place is very well stocked. Our family of enjoyed themselves and of course everyone had to check out the double shower head in the master bath.

Highly recommend staying here at Andrew and Jennifer's place! Andrew communicated very well prior to arriving as well as being very responsive during our stay with any questions. The location is great as it's close to everything, a lot within walking distance. This was our first stay with Sugar Beach Condominiums but definitely plan to stay again. there was plenty for everybody to do just within the grounds. The property itself was very nice and this particular Condo was right on the beach and exactly as described. Also very friendly staff. The place was stocked very well with pretty much anything you would need. Can't wait to stay again!

Greatly enjoyed this condo.

Greatly enjoyed this condo and would greatly recommend staying here to family and friends. Owners reached out before stay and made sure we were ready for our vacation. Great communication and location was awesome. Condo super clean and updated. St. Andrew’s state park is super close and that’s where we got the picture of the alligator.

Exactly what you’re looking for!!

We just stayed here for the last 4 days & loved everything about it! It was clean, easy to get to, quiet yet family friendly & super close to the beach! Condo has been updated to the biggest & best of everything! Communication couldn’t have been easier with the owners…they tell you everything & describe everything to “T” :) 10 out of 10 recommend!!!! We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The property was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views right on the water. The location couldn’t have been more perfect — peaceful, scenic, and convenient. Everything in the home was thoughtfully labeled, which made settling in and finding things incredibly easy and stress-free.Andrew, the property owner, was fantastic — very nice, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Exceptional stay

We had a 5 day stay here and it was excellent. Great location. Exceptional cleanliness…..one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed at. Communication with host was great and any questions were answered quickly. Great view of the gulf and easy access directly to beach. Highly recommend and will stay again.
