“We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. ”

“I didn’t had electricity in my room.I need to leave hotel 3am during the night, couldn’t change my phone, I showered in the dark not to mention I couldn’t use hairdryer. This hotel is not cheap, and for the price they need to have some kind of backup with electricity, so bad. Also I ordered the wake up call, which I didn't received , in the reception they told me they called me when I left the room, and that was two minutes before my taxi arrived. In general, hotel is Ok, but nothing than that....

“Tyvärr väcktes jag 06:30 varje morgon när busstrafiken kom igång. Hade rummet varit tystare hade det varit perfekt. Det finns antagligen tystare rum. Polaren sov som en stock.”

“Nothing to complain about, the reception staff expected us and check-in was a breeze, the hotel looked just the photos on Expedia and the staff were very helpful and service-minded. They also have a good restaurant on the bottom floor. A great place to stay in Almaty!”

“We enjoyed our stay. Everything was in walking distance and getting a taxi was super easy.”

“It is close to the Almaty 2 train station just 10 min walk. There is a supermarket close by and lots of restaurants options. It’s also close to the walking district Arbat. A few of the staff don’t speak English but we were able to communicate using google translate. They are helpful. I had a room with bathroom, its clean and the bed is comfortable. It’s like guesthouse style, it’s very good value for the price.”

“Прекрасный отель. Даже не смотрите по сторонам. В самом лучшем месте Алматы, до Достык Плазы 700 метров. Персонал очень вежливый и помогает во всем. Завтраки приносят в номер во сколько вы пожелаете. Даже местные на геликах и других дорогих машинах в этом отеле останавливаются. Вообщем цена качество просто супер. Особенная благодарность Ансару ”
