“A superb stay from start to finish. The staff was attentive and accommodating, the location is easy to get to from most places, and the room was super clean. And by far the most pleasant surprise - they are gratuity-free. You have no idea how much anxiety it releases as a European to not have to worry about calculating gratuity or feeling pressured to carry change around. It really lifted my experience to a new level. “The staff was lovely and helpful, and I could easily check in earlier without any issues. The facility is a bit dated, but everything was clean and well-maintained. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear some noise, but it’s not too disruptive. The area is safe and pleasant. The breakfast wasn’t particularly impressive; most of the food was semi-finished products, except for the fresh fruit. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. ”
