We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming â they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The entire property was spotless and felt so well cared for. The location couldnât be better â close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect home base for our trip to Italy. âThe host was friendly and helpful. The place (flat) and the room was very nice, modern and clean with nice and fresh bathroom. The air conditioning was also a big plus. You could also use free Wi-Fi and there was a mini-bar (fridge).
