Spahotell i Parel

Bra läge i mumbai”

“Jättefint hotell med underbar personal.”

“When I arrived at the hotel and had checked in I discovered that the hotel had put me in an smoking room and no non-smoking room was available in the same class. They could only downgrade me to an non smoking single room and change the room next day. I agreed since my wife wouldn't show up until the next day. The following day I received a new room, but the ac sounded like an helicopter once again I complained and the reception change to another room and at the same time upgraded me to an suite,...

“Excellent in every way. Have stayed in several so-called five-star hotels in India, but unfortunately most of them are not fully five-star. The Oberoi, on the other hand, is an excellent choice. In addition, I received an attractive price for my stay at The Oberoi.”

“Nice hotel with good restaurants on the lobby floor. Some of the staff can improve their communication. Kinda nonchalant pointing to a direction when asked whereabouts. Ordered a drink at the Wink bar. The bartender got the drink wrong but tried to convince me it is a better drink …”

“I booked a tween bed room but got a king bed one. It took us another 20 minutes or more and some tips to fix it agfter I arrived at mid-night. Another thing almost annoyed me that I booked a "hotel taxi" to the city cruise terminal through the hotel concierge but the driver, who could hardly understand English, sent me to the international airport instead. Because I paid three times higher price for the taxi booking the hotel concierge promised me there would be a luxury 6-seets car to pick up...
