The apartment features a bedroom with a queen-size bed for two people and extremely comfortable new bedding, a bathroom with bath tub and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with a convertible sofa for 2 people and a smart TV.
As you enter the apartment, you'll find :

Here's how you can get to the location, from various arrival points in Paris:
From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):
Take the RER B from Charles de Gaulle Airport in the direction of Robinson or Saint-RĂ©my-lĂšs-Chevreuse. Get off at Gare du Nord station, then transfer to Metro Line 5 heading towards Place d'Italie. Exit at Oberkampf station, which is the closest to the flat.
From Orly Airport:
Take the Orlyval tram to Antony station, then take RER B towards Charles de Gaulle - Mitry-Claye. Get off at Gare du Nord station, then transfer to Metro Line 5 heading towards Place d'Italie. Exit at Oberkampf station.
From Gare du Nord:
Take Metro Line 5 in the direction of Place d'Italie and exit at Oberkampf station.
From Gare de Lyon:
Take Metro Line 14 towards Saint-Lazare and exit at Gare de Lyon. From there, take Metro Line 1 towards La DĂ©fense and exit at Bastille. The flat is within walking distance from Bastille.
From Gare de l'Est:
Take Metro Line 5 in the direction of Place d'Italie and exit at Oberkampf station.
From Gare Montparnasse:
Take Metro Line 6 in the direction of Nation and exit at Place d'Italie. Then, transfer to Line 5 heading towards Bobigny - Pablo Picasso and exit at Oberkampf station.

For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of âŹ250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): âŹ80 fee.
Lost keys: âŹ80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement â ranging from âŹ100 to âŹ2500, depending on the lock type.
