The apartment is on an elevated ground floor overlooking a secure courtyard and features a living room with an open kitchen and a bar table with 4 seats. The 18m2 living room is furnished with a high-quality sofa bed and a separate 15m2 bedroom with a queen size bed.

🔐 Arrival is self-service via a key box system .

🚗 On-street parking is charged from Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm, at a rate of €2.50 per hour (payable at the pay and display machine), and is free on Sundays, August and public holidays.

📒 We will provide you with an on-site guide containing all the useful information about the apartment and the surrounding area (activities, restaurants, cafes).

🧽 The end-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a reasonably clean state and clean the appliances after use.
