With its ideal location, the 6th arrondissement of Paris (3 stops away), the Eiffel Tower (5 stops away) and the Château de Versailles (4 stops away) are only a 10 to 15-min train ride away, with both train stations conveniently located about 5 min from the house.
The space
This large apartment (110 m²) overlooks a quiet street lined with other old houses. On the courtyard side, you can contemplate a gigantic rosebush, a magnificent wisteria while having breakfast or a drink in the evening.

The accommodation can accommodate 8 people (in addition, a baby cot is available).

The first bedroom is equipped with a mezzanine bed (100 x 200 cm) and can be completed with a comfortable folding mattress (100 x 200 cm).

The second bedroom has two high beds (70 x 160 cm and 100 x 200 cm).

The third bedroom has a large double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a private bathroom with shower.

A large living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), dining table, fireplace, large shelves and plenty of seating completes the apartment.

In addition, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, all necessary utensils.

A spacious bathroom with a bathtub serves the rooms.

Finally, the house also has many board games, toys, books and a piano.
