“This might be the worst hotel I've spending a night at. Booked a non smoking room. The room totally stinks from cigarettes. The bed frame is broken, efficiently turning the king size to a single bed. The bathtub had no stopper/plug rending it useless as a bathtub. The room was dirty, other people's hairs everywhere etc. The WiFi didn't work at all, the receptionist said his manager needed to restart something, but that never happened. Avoid this piece of junk. You would probably sleep better...

“We traveled to Dallas for the first time to see the total eclipse of the sun. We chose this hotel for its proximity Love Field and to a Hertz rental car facility that actually had cars to rent because DAL was sold out. It was also one of the few hotels that did not inflate prices to take advantage of eclipse tourism. “Very clean and nice staff service ”

“Expedia MESSED up my reservation BAD (long story) we spent HOURS in the office going back and forth on the phone with Expedia, our phones were dieing, it had been a LONG day... Even though we were frustrated and exhaust, the lady at the front desk let us charge our phones, grab a warm cup of coffee and remained calm and helpful. Anyone else in her situation would've been super irritated.”
