âWe chose to stay at Bishop Arts Hotel because we needed a room with a sitting area, which it had and was quite comfortable. The hotel is along a streetcar line and has a parking lot for guests so it is easliy accessible.
There is no food onsite at the hotel, and the 'nearby' food options are more than a short walk away (only a 5-7min drive, but a 20-30 minute walk) which is not as convenient as we had hoped for.
While the rooms are clean the textiles are a bit worn. The hand towels were fraying...
âIt was verry dificult to park the car when you not have a frontdesk and no were to put the car when you fix the practical things. I donÂŽt like hotels without peopele to talk to also when you have other language in the bottom and not understanding everything. itÂŽs was also verry difficult to understand which elevator system to use for parking and guest floor.â
âOverall good hotel but not top class service. Not clear instructions at the front desk, didnât tell us where to go, where our room was and what to expect, we had cleaner/handyman knocking 5 times at the door starting 8.30am the same day we were checking out. Other than that, beautiful hotel and location and clean place. â

âGood location for the convention centre and better priced that the other hotels around. Big and nice rooms. Watch out for rooms u see the fitness room though. It might disturb your morning sleep. â
