The Space
This stylish studio is your perfect home away from home. Unwind in comfort on a brand new (2024) queen mattress with plush pillows and a cozy comforter for a restful night's sleep. For extra guests, enjoy a nights sleep on the new (2024) sofa bed. A large walk-in closet is provided for all your storage needs. Adjacent to the queen bed, a large window to enjoy majestic views of the valley and Jordanelle State Park.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 4K Smart TV, ready for you to stream your favorite shows and movies. Stay productive with free high-speed internet.

The well-equipped kitchen features modern amenities including a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker, and a complete set of dishes and utensils for your culinary needs.

Refresh and rejuvenate in the full bathroom complete with a vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower, with all towels provided for your convenience.

Pinoche Village resides approx. 40 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport. Whether you're renting a car or opting for alternate transportation, a scenic route thorugh the Wasatch mountains awaits! A parking pass is provided for the first-come, first-served parking area which boasts ample parking.

Additional Information:
- Parking available outside, parking pass is required and found inside the home.
- Paid onsite laundry facility just steps down the hall. Pay with your phone. No coins required.

Refunds or considerations are only possible if problems are reported during your stay, and are not gaurenteed.

CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.

INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.

Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.

Stayed here July 2025 for a soccer tournament. Studio was very nice and clean. Overall location ended up being perfect as it’s central to park city and Heber and Oakley where all the games were. Check in process was a bit awkward. Got a picture of where the key fob would be located but found it in a different location than the one in the picture. It was my whole family with kids there, so we used the game room in the adjacent building a lot. Has a nice steam room as well. In between games, had some of the soccer teammates hang out in the game room and it was super convenient. Last day the door handle broke and we got locked inside the unit lol. Called the property management company and had to leave a message. Ended up finding a number for the on site property people and had them send maintenance to get us out. The fixed the door. But when I got a call back from the property management company they were pretty dismissive acting like it wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely stay here again. But wasn’t impressed with the property management team for this unit. The building/property staff were very kind and helpful. Also one key fob is annoying. Need two for sure.

Good property with better amenities on site.

Enjoyed my time staying there for several nights with my son. Everything was as advertised the heating/AC unit quit working final two days of my stay and never got a response when I let the management company know. Thankfully, being surrounded by other apartments we stayed warm enough. My only gripe with our stay was the lack of responsiveness from the management company. If I owned the condo, I would probably look at getting a different management company.

Convenient to ski Deer Valley

It’s a studio, but enough space for two people to be comfortable because there is a big walk in closet for storage. High end appliances (Miele combioven and microwave, induction stove, dishwasher) and nice fluffy towels (2025) make it an elevated experience, but the management company needs to work on their communication. Pre-arrival instructions should have included that you could check your skis and poles at the Jordanelle gondola house (complimentary from the resort) — we had to text for info about the ski locker after arriving. There was only one key fob - a bit inconvenient for two people on different schedules. Oh, bring your own can opener if you need one because the cheap one they had didn’t work. Outdoor uncovered parking was fine — no access to the garage for this unit. You have access to hot tub (walk across parking lot) and a small gym in the building. There is a bigger gym and steam rooms in another building across the parking lot. Management should include details of these amenities in the unit or with check in.
