“All in all a medium to bad experience. The so called junior suite had one bed and one sofa at the end of the bed, all outdated. One small tv. For the price it was not worth the value. As for the silver benefits and exclusive club benefits they where not presented to me. It doesn’t seem they are applicable this time, unclear why. After 24 years of coming to this same hotel, 1998 was the first time, and several years as club member I think I will try another hotel next time.”

“The hotel staff gave me the wrong information about cancellation policy for coming nights, the next morning the manager acknowledged that but did not take responsibility so I ended up with a charge. Also the area around the hotel is very unsafe, armed policemen are posted in each street from 7am, before that its not safe to go out.”

“Excellent service and information provided by the staff. Even though we got to breakfast too late on checkout they put together something for us, so generous. The common areas of the hotel are very welcoming and nice to hang out in. Our bed’s mattress collapsed when we got in to the room, but even though it was around 20h/8pm they sent us a carpenter who fixed it. Otherwise, I’d say the room was at the height of the price. Great location for discovering Zona Colonial which has been degrading...

“The place was nice I can't complain at all the air conditioning wasn't as strong as I thought it was and the bathroom needs a little bit of tlc. The glass for the shower was loose. The lighting for the ceiling in had an exposed hole in it. The towel rack holder where it used to be had the holder there but no rack which I found strange.”
