“Convenient location to town and the slopes. Felt right at home. My boys loved the game room too and I appreciated the free laundry machines. Hot tub in unit was definitely a treat too. I only wish we had seen photos that matched the actual unit we were assigned. ”

“The location is perfect for a visit. Close enough to walk almost everywhere. Generally quiet, very clean. The balcony would be a great place for a cup of coffee or tea when the weather is warmer. We loved it and would definitely book again. Great place to have a couples getaway. ”

“I usually stay in Estes Park 1-2 times per year, but historically book a place not within walking distance of town. This trip, I wanted to change it up and stay in town, which worked out great! While the street the condo was on was busy, the outside noise did not impact the quality of stay. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay within walking distance of town.”

“Overall it was a wonderful experience! My only minor complaints were that the listing didn't show that you either have upstairs or downstairs neighbors (if I had known I would have asked for the upper level instead) and out hot tub had a tree blocking some of our view but my partner appreciated the privacy it afforded so no harm no foul but it was slightly misleading compared to the pictures on the listing. Everything else was great though.”

“Very nice property in a great location, short distance to town but it’s very quiet. Enjoyed watching the deer and elk out the living room windows even had a bob cat show up on morning. This is the only rental in Estes Park we consider when we want to visit ”

“Great location, clean space. The only complaints would be that only one set of the jets worked in the hot tub. Bathrooms are small and tight. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and were able to relax.”
