“The house location was perfect to get to all of the day/nightlife in the area! We didn’t spend much time at the house, but when we were there we were extremely comfortable. It was perfect for a group of 5, and more people could have easily fit comfortably. The only downside was the construction at the property next door. “This is a nice bungalow in a neighborhood that is turning a new leaf. The home has been remodeled ( sort of) and is certainly confrontable enough and in a location with easy access to Nashville. The owners were very easy to communicate with. It met all of our needs and we had a great time.”

“Overall our stay was great. Close enough to walk back and forth to downtown and several watering holes in the neighborhood.The only reason the cleanliness was lower than a five is because all your silk plants are very dusty, like its been a while since they were cleaned and baseboards had dust bunnies on them. No dish towel for wiping counters or tables and the vegetable crisper froze some stuff. Salt and pepper would have been nice to have and maybe an assortment of board games too. Otherwise...

“I stayed at this lovely place only 1 night. I was visiting the area, and wanted something different than a hotel. The place was easily accessible by Uber and Lyft, and i got to see more of the area this way. It's in a quiet neighborhood (which makes for peaceful nights), but close enough to get anywhere quickly. Clear and well appointed, I would absolutely stay again!”

“We loved our stay near the downtown area, but it was very peaceful and quiet. I was a bit hesitant about the space being cramped and dark when I booked, but it was very clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Super comfortable! Communication with our host was very easy, the responses very prompt and she had some terrific suggestions on places to go and the best way to get around. I would not hesitate to stay here when I return to Nashville!”

“We had a great stay for a group of 10 visiting Nashville for the weekend. The house is a 10-15 minute uber to Broadway and 10 minute walk to some solid local restaurants and coffee shops. The beds were very comfortable and the house had a ton of great amenities. Our host (Chad) was very responsive before, during, and after our stay. Definitely recommend this house!”
