“Grasmere is great place to book stay. Oakbank property was great and we had everything we needed to stay with comfort. The parking space is tight if you have bigger vehicle pr sedan car.”

“The accommodation was very impressive, extremely well equipped and immaculately clean with lovely extra's of snacks and freshly baked bread. The Alexa system was so easy to use and the shower was lovely.The only downside was that the deposit taken the day before arrival was more than the booking, so looking forward to getting that back a.s.a.p. and the twin beds were a bit smaller than a normal single bed. I would highly recommend this property to others as it is high quality accommodation.”

“Immaculate apartment, in a lovely quiet area, close to the city centre. The host was amazing and even ordered us black out blinds to the apartment for our little boys rooms, so helpful & friendly. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Apartment was spotless, for a central location it was incredibly peaceful. The overall appearance is beginning to look a little shabby, and all needs a little TLC. Toilet flush broken...main bed very wobbly.”

“Property was very clean and comfortable and very convenient location. Stay was very enjoyable. Only issue was we were short of one towel, instructions for the convection hob would have been very helpful, a better selection of cooking saucepans and utensils would have been nice and we were unaware that parking was only free between 6pm and 8am.”

“We loved the location as Coniston is not so touristy and still very scenic.We loved the size, layout, quality of furnishing and white goods in the flat. There is everything needed for self catering but very good pubs and coffee shops close by. Highly recommend High Wythow”

“Lovely apartment . Loved the colourful light above window table which got bright sun in the morning, very well equipoed kitchen area and great full stretch bath to soak away alot of walking. Excellent location for Bowness amenities and the lake and about 20 mins steady walk back to train station. Buses, cafes 2 minutes away. Only slight niggle were fibre pillows bit hard and flat for me but i was that tired from being out and about it didnt stop me sleeping and i would stay again 😊”

“comfortable clean cozy and very tidy, with great views across the valley to Whernside, wish we could have stayed longer maybe next time, The kitchen was well maintained and had all you needed, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The dark night was amazing coming from a town we dont see dark like that! Glad we taken our SUV and not the hatchback as we would have struggled on the bumpy roads due to its very low front end.”
