“We didn’t like that there was limited hotel parking and that we incurred a $15 a day parking fee. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary! We did find it strange that most housekeeping staff did not understand English. We asked for a few items and at least 4 different employees could not comprehend what we were asking for ie: a garbage bag, glasses for the room, towels, and a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage. Usually there is a scale in every fitness center of every hotel we’ve ever stayed...
“The hotel was conveniently located close to the motorway and an outlet. The room was fine, what you expecit really. There were brown stains on the toilet seat so it obviously hadn't been cleaned, aside from that everything else seemed pretty clean.”

They provide aurport pickups on request which was really helpful along with the olace being only 5 mins away from the airport, it was quite convenient for the overnight stay to start our journey towards lake tahoe. The staff was also quite receptive and welcoming. King suite rooms had cozy bed and were well amenated. Breakfast was also pretty good. ”
