"It's and old hotel, showing its age. The breakfast coffee machine, for example, broke, forcing a trip down to the lobby for each cup. But the view of the Capitol was magnificent. As with many more modern hotels, there were no good reading places or comfortable chairs, and the flimsy plastic cups ..."
