“We called ahead to see about dropping off our luggage ahead of check-in, and the helpful voice on the phone went ahead and checked us in and offered an upgraded room. Upon arrival, we were a little concerned when we saw the building (it was built in the 50s), but we were pleasantly surprised. The building looked very well kept and our room was even nicer. It had obviously had recent renovations. The room was immaculate. The bathroom was modern and we found plenty of electrical outlets...

“We visited Estes Mountain Inn for the first time with our 2 year old and 8 year old. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool option as the weather is always changing. We enjoyed the playground and games in the lobby. The smores and popcorn were a hit. The room was a little smaller than we anticipated but it was still comfortable with AC and the smart TV was convenient as well. Can't wait to plan our next trip!”

“The amenities were amazing for our family with two small kids. Games and pool and hot tub and play sets and other options. They also had bikes to check out to ride around town and other useful items like coolers and movies and what not to check out in the office.”

“The hotel was beautiful and historic. However, nobody told us that there was no central air conditioning nor that there was construction going on at the hotel when I booked our room. The television turned on and sound came out but the picture didn't come on. We were woke up before 8 am by a jackhammer that was consistent until we checked out at 11 am. I would never have booked this hotel, nor paid that much. We were extremely disappointed with this hotel and our trip to Estes Park.”

“All rooms in this area are pretty expensive during the summer. The location was great just outside the entrance to the park. The room was clean. The bed was very firm. The walls were a bit thin as you could clearly hear neighbors conversations. Luckily our neighbors all went to sleep about the same time as us. Definitely would stay again if in the area.”

“Beautiful setting by the river with mountain peak views. Convenient parking near the room. Spacious room with table, couch, stove, micro, sink, coffee maker. Helped us save money on preparing food. Couch not facing TV. No decaf coffee! Very convenient checkin and out. Excellent riverside deck & bank with chairs. Excellent location near RMNP & local parks.”

“This resort has a great location, with a clear view of mountains in the Park and a short drive to the Beaver Meadows entrance an to downtown Estes Park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed there several times over the years and hope to stay there again in the future.”
